Great location tucked off the street, quiet but close to beach and restaurants, nicely decorated and management was professional and very helpful. Definitely will be back!

The home was incredibly central and in just a perfect location for La Jolla. Loved the privacy despite the central location too, it felt quiet and peaceful. I'd happily come back to this rental, it was a great stay for our family.

Location Location

Great property. Easy walk to the ocean. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars. And as close as it is to everything, it was really quiet at night for sleeping.

Perfect Location!

My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 tweens really enjoyed this property. It was the perfect size for us. Really well decorated, with comfy beds and relaxing space. It is the perfect location with access to the beach and right by all the shops and restaurants! We had the best time!

Excellent location. Some real issues. We reached on a very hot day. Air conditioner should have been turned on to a reasonable level of 76 F prior to our arrival. It took almost 6-7 hrs to get a comfortable temperature, could not rest as we had planned and ruined one evening of our four day trip!The bedroom with king bed and attached bath had only overhead light. There should be lamps on both side tables so that each person can read without bothering the other with bright overhead light. There was one lamp but no plug to plug it in!Only one towel per person provided and they were completely non absorbent. A better set of towels is a must and at least an extra set of towels for each occupant. No facial tissue anywhere!For the price we paid I expected attention to above details and a better equipped kitchen. Five star location but host needs to update the hospitality elements.

Thank you, Gautam, for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced during your stay and appreciate your insights. We were battling a heat wave in San Diego and in between bookings we started to authorize leaving the AC on so this does not happen. We also added bedside lamps based on your insight. We are a new management company for this property so we are consistently trying to improve the property. We will be getting new and better towels as well to make sure this is better moving forward.

Amazing property in an ideal location. Just one block to the ocean and a short walk to La Jolla Cove. Short walk uphill to Better Buzz coffee shop and La Jolla Village shops and restaurants. Lovely mid-century decor and the modern bathrooms. Appreciated the A/C and fans upstairs as we stayed for two weeks during record heat and humidity (which was not normal for the area). The garage is tight but helps a ton when the area is crowded with tourists looking for parking - would not recommend renting a large SUV. Property management company reached out proactively and responded quickly (often in minutes) to any questions. Worthwhile activities:-Kayak Tours (La Jolla Shores, about 1.7 miles away). We saw leopard sharks and got to go into two caves. It's a bit of a mad rush with multiple tour operators leaving from the same location but still very fun. -La Jolla Cove Snorkeling - for good swimmers. The sea lions swim right under you. We also got to swim into a cave with the guide. I was too nervous to do that on my own. The shop is right around the corner. -George's at the Cove - OK to put your name on the waitlist online- they opened up a bunch of reservations the day before we wanted to go. Had dinner by the sunset. -San Diego Tours and Rentals - Rent e-Bikes for 1/2 day and ride to Mission Bay.-Smallgoods Cheese Shop - awesome sandwiches and charcuterie. 15-20 minute walk.-Honor Pilates, drop in for a class. Great workout.

Girls Weekend!

We spent a long weekend in La Jolla & it was fabulous! This was the perfect house! The house was beautiful & very clean!!! I cannot say enough about how fabulous the location is! We were within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants & the cove. And the communication from Cody & the team was great! They checked in before & after we arrived to make sure everything was good. We definitely will be back to stay here!! Great location

Perfect Stay in La Jolla

We were blown away by the attention to detail in this home. The design and layout, the personality of the rooms and spaces, the accessibility to the beach, shops and coves. Even the selection of books found around the house were incredibly interesting, beautiful and appropriate to the space and the home. We had four kids there and everything felt perfectly cozy, with plenty of room to spread out between six of us. We have never enjoyed a space more than this one. The only regret we had was that we couldn't stay longer. We will be back.

Quick weekend into La Jolla

Pristine property with great location. Shops, restaurants, and La Jolla cove are within a 1-2 minute walk. Kids love it.
