Such a great spot for a solo surf trip. Just steps from the ocean for a morning walk and a few blocks from a great little brunch cafe. Easy access to all the surf breaks. Def recommend!

The unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable with everything you could want during a stay. The kitchen even had a small dishwasher and a full sized stove/oven. But the best part was the location - right around the corner from Fletcher Cove and close to the shops on S. Cedros Ave. The host was helpful and everything went super smoothly. Thank you!

Room was great, hosts were great, location was great, but I do have 2 very tiny negatives about my stay. 1) the bed squeaks loudly with every toss or turn and will wake up your partner for sure. 2) if there is a guest in the room above you will hear every single step they take. Not a major deal until it’s between 1-5am and they sound like an elephant stomping. These are small issues that aren’t that big of a deal, but can be deal breakers for some people. This is why I give it 4 stars and not 5.

90 seconds away

You cannot get any closer to Fletcher Cove than this property. In 90 seconds you can be at the park and in less than 4 minutes, you're in the water. The unit had a great kitchen and we especially loved the Brita pitcher in the fridge. We've always had to buy water, so it was a nice touch. The closet and dresser fit all our clothes. The shared patio had great seating and a table and BBQ along with a full size washer and dryer. So much easier to use than the mini size that comes with so many units. It was also nice to have an outdoor shower and a hose to wash off beach gear. It felt super private as well. We would definitely stay there again!
