This desert oasis offers leisurely lakeside living and a great location close to renowned recreation and attractions. Built beside a scenic lake, this family-friendly complex includes on-site access to an outdoor pool and pickleball courts for leisurely outdoor fun. You'll love the added advantage of the condo's ground-floor positioning, and for added convenience, pickleball paddles and balls are provided in the condo along with two adult bikes for easy neighborhood cruising. Downtown Chandler is only three miles away.

At home, enjoy outdoor living on the private patio or relax in the air-conditioned interior while streaming shows on the living room smart TV. A full kitchen has you covered for all your at-home meal needs. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Please let us know if you're arrival will be anytime after 6:00 p.m. so we may be sure to assist you with any needs.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

We will be staying here again! Right in the middle of everything! 20 minutes from the Mesa Airport! Clean and quiet. Pool is heated! Hot tub and pool are are super clean! Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Nice condo

The condo was as advertised and was clean, stocked with plenty of towels and soap. Had a good amount of dishes & utensils to use. A few pots and pans to cook with. Located near one of the pools and the exercise room which is nice. I would stay here again.

No hot water for 2 days. No updated access to pool and hot tub. Cutting lawn outside bedroom window 8 am. Vacuuming upstairs at 7 am. Lots more.

We are very sorry to hear you had a disappointing stay at our home due to the issues encountered. This is certainly not the vacation experience or level of service we strive to provide our valued guests. We regret the issue with the hot water and the delay in resolving it. An appropriate refund has been provided for the loss of this amenity and the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the HOA was transitioning amenity access, not allowing time to inform guests. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lawn care noises, as this is controlled by the community HOA. While we understand the inconvenient time it happened, we can't control other guests vacuuming their unit. We value your insights as they help us understand the guest experience better. We hope you'll consider staying with us again for an improved experience.

Perfect Simple Two Bedroom

This home was perfect for our purposes. My daughter and I came for a collegiate golf tournament. The condo was appropriately stocked with everything we needed coffee shop grocery store. Another retail facilities were close by many amenities such as center and like or limited but not necessary for our purpose. Home is very clean with high-quality bedding furniture, etc..

The coffee maker didn't work, contacted the property manager, who said that someone would get in touch with me to remedy. I never heard from anyone. I went and bought my own because we were there for 2 weeks. Location is great for the Barrow Institute.
