This cozy, second-floor condo is perfect for a couples getaway! This home has a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep as well as a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. Guests can also enjoy the shared, heated pool during their stay. And out by the pool, there's plenty of seating and space for afternoon picnics and grilling.

This comfortable condo is in a prime location and quiet community, and you can walk to everything the Scottsdale Waterfront has to offer. This condo is also located across from the Scottsdale Fashion Square which has a large variety of restaurants and plenty of upscale shopping. Just a short walk from the condo, visit Old Town Scottsdale, a pedestrian-friendly zone offering unique boutique shops, art galleries, charming cafes, bars, and a handful of popular nightspots. And for those looking for a little adventure in the great outdoors, be sure to hit the Cholla Trailhead of Camelback Mountain just a mile-and-a-half from your front door.

We booked the property as the management companies were being transitioned which complicated communications for me. This forced me to reach out several times for to get the check-in procedures information. When we arrived, we had problems getting into the property (likely caused by the change over). We reached out to our host who remedied the problem quickly - he was easy to reach and even easier to work with. Once we got in, the rest of our stay was great! Thanks

A nice "home base" for a Phoenix/Scottsdale vacation

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. The location was great, with shopping destinations a short walk away, and the unit itself was clean, comfortable and pleasant. There is a covered parking space, which made was great for keeping the car out of the sun during the day. While I spent little time in the unit, it was a great place to "come home to" after a day of visiting with my relatives in the area.

Neat and Tidy

We enjoyed our stay on 68th st. It is a good location for us with Old Town and shopping nearby. The unit is neat and tidy. Not big but enough room for our things. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. The bedding seemed newish. Firm.

The unit looks just like the pictures. Across the street from Fashion square Mall great shopping! Close to Old Town Scottsdale. A lot of road noise but did not stop us from sleeping. Would stay there again. Also very comfortable bed.

Great Location but Overpriced

Great location and clean inside the unit. Some broken glass in the parking stall next to mine was there for several days. Spilled oil from an eviction was in the courtyard for several days. Unit was clean but showing signs of wear and tear. Appliances could use an upgrade.Fees were outrageous.

This property was clean and centrally located. 4stars because The phone number given to text or call with issues was never answered. Only left 2 washcloths, 4 towels, no pool towels for two people for 4 days. I emailed (since no one answered text or phone call to the number) and was told that was enough for two people. When I expressed concerns about one wash cloth per person for four days the person in the email said well you can wash them…. There is no in unit washing so we would have to pay to do so. That is not enough towels for 2 people on a 4 day stay.

We loved the location, very walkable to Old Town Scottsdale. The mattress, sheets and towels were great. We are not use to having outside noise, and there is quite a bit. The kitchen could use a better skillet, as we always start our day with breakfast, before heading out and the coffee maker needs replaced, the drip mechanism does not work correctly. The toilet paper is commercial grade and terrible, and no kleenex anywhere. I do believe the price reflects what you get, especially during the WM open golf tournament.
