The pool was gross and never cleaned. It smelled like a dirty pond. The coffee maker didn't workso we went out and bought a new one. We communicated both of these things but our hosts were never heard from. The only time I ever heard from anyone, was an automated message when it was time to check out. The house itself is fine but pretty stingy on the supplies needed to run a house for a week.We had to go buy our own toilet paper, papertowels, dishwasher detergent, etc.

Great Location

I appreciated all the comfortable beds. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced, however. Overall, we had a great stay.

Delightful Family wedding

We were on a visit for a family wedding. The property was large and accommodating for many family and friends who had travelled for the occasion. The property was lovely. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the yard. The location was fantastic as we could get everywhere we needed quickly. We would stay there again.

It was a perfect house in a perfect location.

The house was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of space for everyone. All of our needs were taken care of while we were there. Kitchen was well supplied. Outside space was heavenly.

Great house!

Super comfortable house that seems like it was built for fun! Beautiful pool and super private. Location could not be better. It’s 3 blocks from an In and Out Burger, 1 block from a Whole Foods and some really good restaurants, and 20 min from world class golf. It has ample space for two families.

Loved the privacy. Very clean & comfortable. Felt just like home. So relaxing. Ya wouldn’t have known you were in a big city because it was so quiet.

Clean but dated.

Clean comfortable stay. Property is definitely dated but clean. Pool was nice but in rough shape. We did use and enjoy it. 2 Nice TV rooms so we could split up to watch things.

Beautiful backyard

The backyard is truly what makes this home. The house is clean but pretty outdated. We had trouble with the hot water taking forever to heat up for showers and I’d highly recommend paying the extra for the heated pool. The location is great and nice neighborhood close to stores and restaurants.

Great stay!

Self-check-in was super easy. We spent most of our time outside, the backyard is super spacious and private. We wished we could have stayed longer. My only setback was that the pool wasn't heated, and the items for the pool (floaties and balls) were deflated. My suggestion is that if this house rents the pool/outside is the key feature and people will be using it so have the pool ready to go. Note: the weather was in the low 90's when I was there.

Home needs improvement

When we first arrived the Master bedroom was not clean. The Grill did not work! The dishes weren’t cleaned I had to re-wash every dish before using. The House itself seems like it needs a lot of fixing. I was walking barefoot and the edge of the rug by the front door was peeling back and I stepped on the carpet tack strip from it being exposed.

Sad I can't give this property 5 stars

This home is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Also, Vacasa was wonderful to work with. My only issue is the water never got hot enough for a good shower. I called Vacasa and they were lovely and quickly tried to fix the problem but said the system in the home had a hard time producing hot water in the winter. So if you stay at this home in the winter with temps under 70 then beware. Otherwise, it's a great home.

Honest opinion here

This is an older home that almost anything you need for a fun getaway pros: the location the set up of the house the spaciousness of the house large back yard for gathering bbq grill pro/con: the pool needs to be refinished so while it is large almost every kid got scratched up and while the yard is large some sort of landscape is going on no one mentioned prior to arrival cons: the outdoor area was not cleaned at all trash shoes a dead Animal and unexpected landscapes at 730 am on a Saturday/ holiday weekend makes me wonder just how clean the inside really was An Overall especially with the responses from vasaca I’d stay again just hopefully next time they remedy those totally fixable issues
