This home has a seven-night minimum rental requirement.

Offering privacy and incredible scenery, you and your guests will love this unique and desirable condo in Mesquite Country Club. Located at the end of the complex, this bungalow is ideal, with no upstairs neighbors. Just steps from one of the 16 pools and 18 jacuzzis, this vacation rental condo is turnkey furnished for your enjoyment and relaxation. Plus, this home away offers an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill, and free WiFi. The living area of this gem is bright and airy, with high ceilings and walls of glass that open out to the back patio. A 42-inch TV with a DVD player will provide plenty of entertainment, and the dining room opens to the living room, offering seating for four. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals and entertain guests and features a 19' TV to keep you entertained while cooking. Not to mention, each day can end on a good note with a cocktail on the private patio with seating for four and beautiful mountain views.

Take advantage of Palm Springs Mesquite Country Club amenities, which include: 18 hole Championship golf course, 16 pools, 18 jacuzzis, a pro shop, a restaurant, a cocktail lounge, and a clubhouse. You will also have access to playing golf (reasonable greens fees apply) at Mesquite Country Club. Mesquite Country Club is just minutes from downtown Palm Springs with wonderful restaurants, shops, and art galleries. Enjoy fantastic Palm Springs attractions nearby, like the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Knott's Soak City Water Park, Indian Canyons Preserve, golf, and outlet mall shopping.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights, with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Private one bedroom at the end of a cul-de-sac

A very private space with a private patio. Well stocked kitchen. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Plus across the street from the complex is a wonderful preserve with walking trails.

Memorial Day Week - Mesquite County Club

This was my 2nd stay in this condo. It’s been very clean both stays and for me, it’s a perfect location. As stated in other reviews, the condo could use some updating and/or refreshing. One complaint is I can never find keys for the pool gates. Luckily I have friends that live in the complex and they loan me one of their keys.

My favorite property management company in Palm Springs

This company is the absolute best!!! Amanda will follow up on every request as fast as you ask for it! The maintenance “Superman” Rain will fulfill every request and help out at any time. I needed a scanner and printer that was unexpected and he even brought me a major lamp for better lighting in the house. Everyone was super kind and helpful!

You could wright your name in the dust on top of frig. The tv keep going out. The power went out 5 times. Had a hard time seeing out the windows they were so dirty.

Golfing getaway in Palm Springs

Very nice condo in great location. Current appliances, comfortable furniture and nicely organized. Very clean except the owner would do good to replace the very old and worn outdoor furniture and the two area rugs. A small investment would go a long way to sprucing up the condo. We liked it so much we booked it for next year, although I was very disappointed that the FULL amount was charged to my credit card (for the current stay, I got to make two payments) and that I CANNOT cancel this trip at anytime. My current trip in this condo, the company had an excellent cancellation policy, which fortunately I didn't have to take advantage of. I just wonder why I wasn't given those same opportunities when I rebooked the same condo for an even longer stay next year. I'm very disappointed.

Awful Bungalow

No maintenance evident. For example, the fire detection system was going off when I arrived and even changing the batteries (which I had to go to the store for) did not fix it, the remotes for both TVs had dead batteries, the TV in the bedroom could not be connected to the network, the two patio glass door tracks had so much dirt and debris they would not open, there was not one sharp knife for cutting in the place, the hot and cold water knobs were switched, there was not an instruction book on how to operare the living room TV which had a hidden cable box which had to be turned on in order for that TV to work, the front lock did not work most of the time, the pool was not heated (the property description on VBRO stated the pool was heated), the bedsheets and pillows smelled like mildew etc. I was told that I would get a refund (the amount was not disclosed), but never received one.

Only PRO was Location

We stayed for 8 nights and unfortunately we cannot recommend nor will we be back.  The PRO is the location is perfect! This unit is old, and everything is original. There has been zero upgrades or improvements. Carpet in bedroom is stained and nasty. Couch is old, stained, and nasty. The toilet will barely flush and runs constantly. The unit was built 40 years ago, and very little has been done to keep it in good shape. It is close to the pool and the community is friendly and very clean. With a little love and effort, the unit could be amazing... I think that is why it was so disappointing.   Also, the local Vacasa office sent MANY emails, texts, and even a DocuSign contract to go over the strict Palm Springs rules, but NEVER mentioned an in person visit to their physical office was required UNTIL the day of check in. We were driving and would not arrive until they were closed for the day. Even the manager I asked to speak to made no apologies for their bad info.

Good Value; Good Location; A little tired

The Mesquite Bungalow was everything we needed, and at a discount to other condos, was a good value for us; we might pay a premium price next time for a more upscale unit in the same complex. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom worked OK, the bed was comfortable. We used both the front and rear patios when friends came to visit. Everything in the condo seems to be either hand-me-downs from the owner's primary residence or purchased at the dollar store. Too many plates, cups, and glasses -- so little room to store our own food and stuff, but that's better than too little. The only really comfortable piece of furniture was the bed -- and that's the most important one. The complex has four pools, one immediately out the back patio door, but the largest one -- long enough for lap swimming -- was a 5-minute walk. I never had to share the pool with anyone else swimming laps. That was nice. We had trouble understanding how the gate code worked, but Vacasa responded promptly to help. We also had a broken coffee maker, and they replaced it the next day. So we were very happy with the Vacasa service, and all three of the people we dealt with were terrific. We were there to cycle, swim, and walk, and the location was excellent for those purposes. The bike/pedestrian path along the golf course was nearby, and both Mesquite and Farrell, the adjacent streets, have bike lanes. The unit is the furthest of any in the complex from the entry gate, so every time you leave, it's a quarter-mile to the gate before you actually start going anywhere.

We Enjoyed Our Stay in Spite of the Unit

The unit itself is quite problematic. I certainly don’t expect perfection, and I realize everyone has their own sense of style and cleanliness, but I don’t know how anyone could give this unit a 5 star rating. I would give it a 2. Any points it gets is from the location. We travel with our dog, so having grass three feet from the front door is a major plus. I would also give VACASA a top rating. We talked to them three different times, and they were always professional and friendly, taking care of our issues as quickly as possible. And issues there were. The touch key pad getting into the unit is an absurdity. The first twenty- four hours here we tried the touchpad several times, every time successful but only after 10-15 attempts. We never knew exactly what the problem was. Finally, after watching a Youtube video on Schlage key pads, we were sure it needed a new battery. VACASA came out and replaced the battery. After that we would only have to attempt the code three or four times before getting in. I think the entire keypad unit is shot and needs to be replaced. Next, as several other reviews noted, the place is not clean. Whether it is age of the furniture and carpets, the stains and spots, it doesn’t make it feel clean. It really is a shame because this unit could be a showplace. The couch is dingy, the tile floors breaking up, the sliding glass doors very hard to lock, the bed frame chipped, the towels old, and the toilet very slow to flush. We had no access to laundry
