Enjoy convenient ground-floor access just minutes to downtown shops and dining. On-site perks include a sparkling outdoor pool, spa, a grill kitchen, and a firepit. A private enclosed patio comes furnished for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.

12-foot high windows in the living room showcase spectacular mountain views and strong natural lighting, while chic furniture and a Samsung Frame smart TV offer deluxe lounging and in-home entertainment. The full kitchen boasts a sleek suite of stainless steel appliances for efficiently handling home cooking. There's seating at the dining table and the breakfast bar. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Just what I was hoping for!

I was in town for a conference - this was a quiet, cozy space to come back to after long days. The pool was great, the private outdoor area was a nice feature, and the bed was very comfortable. If I'm in the area in the future will book again!

Great visit

Stayed for 5 nights in January. The unit is well furnished and maintained, and has good kitchen supplies. Beautiful mountain view from window. Highly recommend.

Spectacular!

This place was a gem ! 1 mile from the airport , another mile from downtown PS. Beautifully furnished and well stocked condo with lots of extras for a VRBO. Kitchen staples, high end bedding , soap and shower supplies, laundry etc. it was spacious clean and perfect for our needs. We are planning to book here again .

Quick getaway

My husband and I spent a few days away from the wet weather in Washington to enjoy the beautiful Palm Springs sun. We had the pool to ourselves- the condo was clean and quiet- located in the perfect spot with a short drive to downtown, the grocery store and the airport. It was just what we needed. We would totally recommend

Lovely place to stay

The unit was exactly as depicted and more. It was very comfortable, well appointed (nice touch with the robes), and very clean. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay. It is a little bit of a hike to downtown, very walkable to a great deli, grocery store, and Prescott Preserve. We have nevee slept so well. We cannot wait to come back.

The condo was adorable and clean except for some pre-existing stains on the bedroom carpeting and sheets. It is well-located and the private, covered parking was appreciated. Our only complaint was that the hot tub in the pool complex did not seem to heat up; the water was too cold for outdoor use in January when we visited. I would stay here again.

Amazing Palm Springs Retreat

Amazing Palm Springs retreat. Very comfortable bed, nice large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and loved having laundry (with supplies to wash/dry clothes). Great location and appreciated a dedicated parking place. Good pots/pans for making a hearty breakfast before heading out for a day of hiking and exploring. Soft towels, beach towels for the pool/hot tub. Truly thought of everything to make your stay here relaxing and easy. We enjoyed being able to send a provided stamped postcard to a couple friends too. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Comfortable Stay in PS

This condo was perfect for our needs. We are a retired couple who have been coming to PS for the warmth, hiking and shopping. The condo was clean, well maintained and centrally located. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of high quality. We slept well. We loved having tv’s in the living room and bedroom. The complex itself was small, which meant the pool area was never crowded. We also loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect little place

We originally had reservations at a hotel. Until someone gave us the idea to use VRBO. We were glad we did. This place was perfect for the 2 of us, since we had leant our home to family who was visiting for spring break. We live in PS full time and just used the unit to sleep in and went home during the day. The one thing I would suggest they do, is replace the towels!

Second time staying here. We absolutely love the place but the management changed. We could not get in the property at check in time, they didn’t have a code for the door. They had our reservation but no way to get in. After about 45 minutes I searched old emails and found the code from the previous year…that’s how we got in. Surprised that the code had not been changed in a year! We did not hear from management until the next day when they left a message asking us if we ever got in. Even though the place is perfect for us we would probably not stay there again due to the management.

Cerritos Style is amazing !!!

We've stayed at many rentals over the years at various price points and this place is number 1 on our list. Where do I start ??? Here is a list of items I can think of... i.) on a scale of 1 (worst) to 10 (best) to measure how clean the unit was. It was a 11 ii,) Amazing attention to detail - From a fully kitted out kitchen, towels, etc, iii.) All kitchen accessories were new (applicances , pots, pans ,etc) iv.) A new Frame TV in the living room is awesome. Hence when the TV is off you can view digital art. v,) Unit is far enough from the street that you can't hear street noise at night (inside unit) vi.) Well though out design and layout of furniture and accessories Not only does the unit look cool it is very functional !! vii.) After our first night we discovered the coffee maker leaked, I reported the issue to Vacasa and it was replaced that day viii,) Vacasa staff were awesome to deal with ix) Kudos to the owner of Cerritos - Pride of ownership is very apparent.
