It's Football Time! Finally! Headed to Knoxville for a game? Morgan's Folly is located only 42 miles (about 45 minutes drive time) from Neyland Stadium! We see the 'Vol Navy' sailing by for every home game. Perfect location for a tailgate on the lake before the game! :)

This Kingston / Harriman house boasts one inviting bedroom with a queen bed. Guests will enjoy a lovely living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or extra sleeping space.

Just bring a toothbrush! Everything else you need is provided --- dishes, pots and pans, coffee makers, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, washer / dryer and much more! You can unpack your clothes and you are ready for the lake!

Very private with lovely views of the main channel, yet on a small cove which affords calm waters. Swimming and boating off the private dock promises loads of summer fun! Large yard with swings for the kids.

Sitting by the fire pit by the lake is enchanting, especially now when the evening weather has cooled down! Bring your s'more supplies - we have firewood and comfy chairs waiting for you.

Here for the fishing? Perfect location! 3 minutes by boat to Kingston boat slips - and you can tie off your own boat at my dock. Anglers love the cove and I see large fish caught near my dock every week!

Our private dock is perfect for anglers participating in fishing tourneys. The road distance is 3.4 miles from Kingston Gravel Pit Park boat ramp.

The home stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. A clean and well-stocked bathroom with shower completes the space.

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring, fishing in Watts Bar Lake, enjoying water sports, headed to the big game or simply craving some quiet time, this enchanting house offers a phenomenal retreat.

I needed a weekend of peace and solitude, and I found it. Beautiful spot, and the house had everything I needed. Loved the dock and fire pit. It was a perfect weekend escape. Thank you!

We are an older couple and we enjoyed our stay. The place is super quiet and the dock is an excellent spot to swim and/or fish. We enjoyed a lot of nature too. There are deer that make appearances from time to time and the fawns were super cute. The place is about 10 mins from grocery shopping, restaurants and the bait and tackle store! We are are back in town we will rent from Dee again

The property was nice and just as described. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the unit but that got rectified quickly. The bedroom was comfortable. Needed a few things for cooking in the kitchen and Dee was prompt at getting those things for us. Overall stay was quite pleasant.

The property was perfect for my Dad. Having a covered dock so close to where you are staying is a GameChanger. The house felt so cozy and comfortable. The hosts, Dee & Dave were the Best. They were helpful and went above & beyond to make sure their guests had everything they needed to make their stay comfortable & memorable. Also, the property is very private, safe and great for a small family. Thank you Dave & Dee for your hospitality and taking such great care of my Dad and his grandson while they were in town for the State Bass Fishing Tournament. Joan

My husband and I took an anniversary trip and this cottage was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and we were able to enjoy our time on the lake together. The host Dee and Dave were communicative, and were very comfortable during our stay.

Watts Bar Lake is both quiet and vibrant simultaneously. Anglers love the fishing and families enjoy the water sports and boating! The house is very private with no neighbors close by. Convenient to I-40 as well as to many boat ramps.

Lakefront with a boat dock - bring your boat and tie up to the dock! Boat trailers can be parked on the property after you put in at Kingston Gravel Pit boat ramps. Large yard, gas grill, deck are all ready for outdoor enjoyment!
