A small but very cozy and high-quality furnished apartment for 1–2 people. It is located on the first floor of an apartment building on the edge of Erfurt’s Old Town. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with new fixtures (shower, sink, toilet). The apartment measures 31 square meters and is laid out with an open-concept entryway leading to the living room and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m wide) and a built-in closet. The apartment was completely renovated between 2020 and 2021. Appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with two ceramic burners, oven, internet-enabled TV, internet radio with Wi-Fi, DAB+, and Bluetooth, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and washer-dryer. Dishes and cutlery for breakfast and dinner, as well as other utensils for preparing simple meals, are stored in the cabinets. Wi-Fi is available. Insect screens are installed on the windows in the living room/kitchen and bedroom.

Centrally located yet quiet, two cozy and well-equipped vacation apartments are situated on the edge of the Old Town in a single building. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach all parts of the historic Old Town (Fish Market, Krämerbrücke, Anger, Domplatz…) and the ICE train station, which offers quick access by train from all parts of Germany. This makes it easy to visit Erfurt by train. If needed, I’d be happy to send you a map with the walking route (about 10 minutes) to the vacation apartment marked on it. Both apartments have bathrooms with windows, and a wide range of appliances (dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washer-dryer, TV, radio) are available for your use. One apartment is 53 square meters in size and has a balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard with mature trees. The other apartment is 31 square meters in size and has been completely renovated. Both apartments are designed to accommodate 2 people. In a locked basement storage room, 2 bicycles with helmets and bike locks are available free of charge for both apartments. For insurance reasons, use of the bicycles is at your own risk. You may also store your own bicycles in this basement storage room.
Wi-Fi is available in both apartments. Parking is available on the street itself as well as on adjacent streets and in parking garages, but only for a fee (due to the downtown location); however, I’m happy to provide tips for free parking very nearby (a 5–10-minute walk). The apartments are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided and included in the price.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The city of Erfurt charges a lodging tax of 5% on the overnight rate (excluding breakfast). This applies to all guests, including those staying for strictly business purposes. The lodging tax is charged separately and is not included in the listed prices.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
