The Hollingsworth Bungalow is located in Lakeland’s charming Historic District, on a brick-lined road that connects Lake Hollingsworth to the Dixieland area. This central location offers excellent walkability, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and the scenic Lake Hollingsworth walking path.
As a main connector road, there may be some daytime traffic noise, but the convenience, character, and proximity to Lakeland’s most loved areas make this a highly desirable and vibrant location.
Guests have full access to the home and backyard, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. The only area not accessible is the small storage shed located in the backyard, which is reserved for owner use.

**House Access & Steps:**
Please note that access to the house requires stairs to the front entrance. Ensure all members of your party are comfortable using stairs during your stay. The backyard also includes a few small steps up to the patio.
**Florida Environment and Pest Control:**
Florida's warm and humid climate is home to a variety of creatures, including but not limited to, ants, spiders, flies, fruit flies, roaches, palmetto bugs, lizards, frogs, etc. We maintain a regular pest control service to keep these pests at bay, but we cannot completely control the natural ecosystem. If you encounter any pests during your stay, please inform me immediately, and I will arrange for our pest control company to address the issue promptly. No refunds will be given if any bugs are seen.
**WiFi and Internet Service:**
Our WiFi is provided by Frontier, and while we rarely experience issues, weather or other factors beyond our control can occasionally cause disruptions. If I receive any notice of service outages, I will notify you right away with an estimated timeframe for resolution. Usually, a simple reboot of the router can resolve most connectivity issues. Should you experience any persistent problems, please let me know so I can contact the internet provider to resolve them.
