In regards to parking, we do have space for loading and unloading in front of the property, however no 'day' or 'overnight' parking - parking is a challenge and expensive throughout Waikiki. - our entire property including the common areas is non-smoking, vape and e-cigarettes, there is a $150 fine for smoking at our property
- quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am

Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects. While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment.
