*Built in 2022, this Is a modern, clean, unit with lovely tile work and custom built furniture.
*Large covered patio with sofa, chairs, dining table , bbq and firepit for your outside enjoyment.
*W/D adjoins this unit.
*Pets under 60 lbs with current shots are welcome. Dogs cannot be aggressive to humans or other dogs. We don't accept dogs who bark excessively. Pet fee required.
*All utilities, including internet and streaming services are included.
*Landscaping, Trash Removal, and Snow removal are also included.
*Minutes from the 151 Brew Trail.
*Dedicated Parking
*Desk with Chair in Unit

IMPORTANT: We do require a lease and security deposit, when making reservation. I email the standard lease and then the security deposit, pet fee and cleaning fee is due, when lease is emailed back We accept Zelle or other electronic payments. The security deposit is refundable the day you leave, if there is no damage.

Been hosting for over 20 years ago, when we had a resort in Montana which slept 70. We mostly did 4 generation reunions and destination weddings in the summer. We are now hosting on a much smaller scale. But our philosophy hasn’t changed. We want our guests to feel very comfortable (at home), and enjoy their stay with us.

Mountains. This is the spot where the Blue Ridge Parkway, Skyline Drive, Shenandoah Park meet, just 1/4 mile from here. Our setting is forested, with trails for walking your dog or yourself. We are just 3 minutes to I-64. Waynesboro, just 5 minutes from us are 5 major grocery stores, many restaurants and entertainment venues are close by. Our neighborhood has beauty, peace and gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. But, we three minutes from an interstate highway with many small and larger towns within a few minutes, including Waynesboro, Fishersville, Staunton & Charlottesville.
