This garden-level apartment offers a private and comfortable layout within a historic Downtown Jersey City brownstone. Access is through a cellar entry leading to your own private door.

Inside, the space features exposed brick, warm lighting, and a clean, modern layout designed for extended stays.

The living area includes a large, comfortable couch suitable for an occasional overnight guest, along with a dining table that doubles as a workspace and gigabit WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and full-size refrigerator.

The bedroom includes two closets, along with additional coat and linen storage, making it easy to settle in for longer stays.

Please note: The apartment is configured as a private 1-bedroom suite with exclusive access to the living area, kitchen, and bathroom. A separate bedroom within the unit remains secured and is not part of the rental.

WORLD CUP NOTICE: Pricing and availability for Summer 2026 during the World Cup will be adjusted and released closer to the event.
