This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home offers plenty of space to relax after long days in Northern Michigan. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning to keep everyone cool on warm summer days.
The large eat-in kitchen is perfect for slow mornings with coffee or gathering everyone together after a day on the water.

There's a dedicated office space and high-speed internet with a serene backdrop of the quiet backyard for those who need a work-from-home setup.

Step outside to a beautiful, oversized back deck and yard, ideal for grilling, lounging in the sun, or winding down on warm summer evenings.

The location is hard to beat.
You are just an 8-minute drive to downtown Traverse City and an 8-minute walk to the beach for a swim or sunset stroll.
The Tart Trail is a 3-minute walk away.

I'm originally from Australia, but moved to Traverse City in the early 2000's and have enjoyed every moment of living here! It's such a gorgeous town that's always got something going on, and easy to get around, whether it's walking, biking, or driving. I love that there are so many outdoor activities to do in TC, and I enjoy walking the trails, going to the beach, and grabbing dinner and drinks downtown.

This part of town is great since it's conveniently located near a grocery store, coffee shop, multiple different restaurants, and not far from downtown Traverse City. Being able to walk right on the TART Trail or walk to the State Park to enjoy the beach is also a wonderful perk.

Having such a large yard with a raised deck and garage, while located close to so many amenities, makes this house an amazing fit for so many families and guests to have a relaxing and fun extended stay in Traverse City. The backyard is quiet and large enough for pets and kids to run around, while the adults can relax on the patio. The slow speed limit makes walking around the neighborhood safe and serene. And there's no need to worry about warm summer days in TC with air conditioning throughout the house!
