Home Away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh! Great location, the sunrises were beautiful. Traffic noise is loud if you are outside in the front... once the door is closed or you are out in the backyard you can barely hear it. We used some of the restaurant referrals and the food was great... saved us time in running around to try to find food...We enjoyed the gas fire pit on the patio in the back, nice place to relax and enjoy a beverage or 2.

We had a wonderful stay. The outdoor areas were beautiful. The landscaping in the back yard was beautiful. The beach area was private and better than the pics. I didn’t realize there was a highway to cross to the beach when I booked although it was clearly stated. It was a very busy road and loud even from the beach. It’s a great location but the highway being between the home and the beach impacted my stay more than I expected. The kitchen was fully stocked. We did have an issue with fruit flies. The beds were comfortable. I was surprised there was no cable included for the price. The driveway was large enough for a trailer. I guess I would prefer a quieter wooded beach location but the property did represent itself accurately. It was lovely and comfortable.

Relaxed Stay!

The property was very, very clean and well cared for. It was well stocked with living essentials (Soaps, cleaning products, TP , paper towels, etc) kitchen items, linens, etc. It was in a very good location easily accessible to downtown Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. Very nice beach. It is located on a very busy street (M-22) so if you have small children or pets who easily run from you -you need to be aware of that. Highly recommend property!
