The Space:

This is a brand-new town home completed in late 2024. This coastal gem has an open floor plan and is a very bright and inviting space. There is a Smart TV in the living room and all 3 of the bedrooms for you to login into your streaming apps. Retreat to the deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour. This home is great for a family vacation.

You can access a back deck from one of the rooms to enjoy the beautiful Bay views.



BEACH: The beach access is located right across the street; there is a public walk over. You can access by walking (3-4 minutes), biking, golf-cart, or your vehicle as you are allowed to drive on the beach.



BIRD WATCHING: The bird watching at this property is amazing. You can see hundreds of species flock to the bay in the early morning and throughout the day on the bay.



SUNSET: The sunsets behind the home over the bay. Enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck and watch the sun drift away.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the whole house to themselves.



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds.



- This property is on the City of Surfside's water. There is potential for an occasional Sulphur smell. We have never had issues with our water quality; however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee.
