As our guest, you enjoy full access to resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool overlooking the city, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 24/7 concierge. You are situated in the epicenter of Miami’s "Wall Street South," with Brickell City Centre, Sexy Fish, and Komodo just a short, sun-drenched stroll away. For cultural excursions, you are a quick ride from the PAMM "Get in the Game" sports & art exhibition, The Book of Mormon at the Arsht Center, and the Frost Science Museum.

$52 registration fee per stay—this includes your access to resort amenities for the duration of your time. We look forward to hosting you and are happy to provide any additional suggestions on enjoying the area while you are in town! We will ask you to send this amount to the owner for the registration prior to check-in, as you will be registered with management for use of the pool and other facilities.

Parking: We are glad to offer you one (1) free parking spot inside the building parking floors assigned to the unit for one vehicle, with a maximum height clearance of 6'9". Additional parking spaces can be rented directly through the valet company. Please ensure that you park only in the assigned parking space to avoid booting penalties. Also, please remember that the valet company is an external company, and the Association/Owner does not manage or control its operations.
