Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), children's playground. In the house: lift, burglar alarm system. Roofed, parking at the house, communal covered parking at 60 m, public parking on the road. Shop 200 m, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, tram "Sergio Cardell" 100 m, bus stop 30 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Almadraba" 500 m (small). Sports harbour 800 m, golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Nice appartment!

The locations is great. Good connections for public transport to Playa San Juan and Alicante town. We didn't need a car. Kitchen is very well equipped. Keyholder very easy to approach and issues are solved very well.

Excellent!

Spacious apartment in great location. Spotlessly clean and has every facility you could wish for. Very comfortable and plenty of space for my 6 friends and I. Pictures do not do justice. Balcony was huge and great size rooms inside. Only thing I would possibly suggest is mirrors in bedrooms. Key holder was fantastic and ensured that we were happy. Would highly recommend. Thank you for letting us share your wonderful apartment!

Trevlig lägenhet med gott om plats för 6 personer, mycket rymlig och skön terrass med lite morgon- resp kvällssol vilket gör att den håller behaglig temperatur på dagen. Trevligt område med gott om restauranger och affärer inom gångavstånd. Huset dock lite lyhört.

Apartamento espacioso, ideal para grupos. Limpio y con numerosos detalles para hacer mas agradable la estancia (productos de baño y cocina, libros, videojuegos,...).Piscina grande. Situado en zona con numerosos comercios cerca y supermercados. Buena comunicación con la playa de San Juan, a 10 minutos en tranvía o coche. Bien equipado con electrodomésticos aunque algunos son antiguos, sobre todo la lavadora. Mejoraría la puntuación si se renovaran. Satisfecha con la estancia.
