Located in the heart of Alicante, just a short walk from Postiguet Beach and the Co-Cathedral of San Nicolás, El Place De La Mairie offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a kettle. True to the listing the apartment is in a fantastic location, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Easily walkable to everything. Our check in process was frustrating and the elevator was broken most of the time, but the host was kind and we got our extra steps in. Overall a wonderful visit and we would rent here again!

We could not have been happier with the apartment that not only was well located, but exactly as posted. The apartment was immaculate and well stocked. We liked having the kitchen, which we used less than we expected as many great restaurants we within walking distance. We used it mainly for breakfast as we were up earlier than Spanish time.Julian was extremely helpful and the check-in was easy to schedule. We would definitely stay again for our next visit!

This apartment was in a perfect location to everything; shops, beach, restaurants, historical sites. The host was very responsive. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, lots of space. The beds were comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment in great location

The apartment was well presented in an excellent location. The manager was very efficient so the check in was without problems. Very close to two small supermarkets so stocking up was easy. Good welcome pack of some drinks and tea /coffee. We enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment.

They treated the apartment with great care, maintained it beautifully, and left everything in perfect condition.
