Our thoughtfully and professionally designed 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo delivers an authentic Nashville experience. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper, and a custom bed. Located just 0.8 miles from Downtown Broadway, you’re only a 5-minute drive or an easy walk to iconic live music venues, world-class dining, and entertainment,. Our building is secure, with controlled access to the building, common areas, fitness center, and condo through the Point Central system. Additionally, on-site security is provided at night and on weekends.
I recommend taking a rideshare or if you have a car, using the free street parking. If you prefer to use the garage, please note: Parking is managed by a 3rd party. Guests receive a 50% discount by using the QR code posted in the lobby, elevators, and inside of the condo. Rates begin with entry and end each time guests leave the garage. There are no in/out privileges and parking is first come first serve. The 3rd Party is quick to issue tickets so please be sure to keep account of your entry/exit from the garage. We have no association with the parking garage management company.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 4. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
