Summary:

A cozy condo steps away from the heart of Downtown Nashville! Welcome to The Harrison, the spot where you can throw on a pair of walking shoes and head right out the door to the area's most popular establishments! The location of the home makes the space ideal for a small family or group that desires accessibility and convenience.



The Space:

Upon entry, you’ll get a warm welcome to music city with a vintage Nashville sign mounted in the living room. The space offers a sofa bed, smart TV, fireplace, and access to the outside balcony with patio furniture and river view.



The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a meal from home with a full suite of appliances and a toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and wine ware for your convenience. A cutout from the kitchen wall provides sightlines into the living and dining area. Here, you’ll find a chic dining table for 4 where you can enjoy a morning brew or evening hor 'd oeuvres overlooking the Cumberland River.



The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between the main bedroom and a sofa bed. The primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, smart TV, and luxe linen. Steps away, a full bathroom features a walk-in shower and tub.



THINGS TO NOTE

- Downtown is only 0.9mi walk away!

- The pool is open and accessible May 1st to the end of September yearly.

- The home is in an urban neighborhood and relatively close to train tracks that guests may hear during the stay.



The condo is located in the Riverfront Condominium Complex, a secure amenity building just 1-mile from the heart of Downtown Nashville. The complex features a gym, sitting area, ample parking, a swimming pool, and a lovely view of the Cumberland River. The prime location offers countless bars, restaurants, shops, and major attractions right at your fingertips. The Nashville Farmers Market, First Horizon Park, and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park are just a few popular spots within .5 miles. Even more noteworthy, the Bridgestone Arena, Music City Hall of Fame, and Ryman Auditorium are under a mile!



Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

The area was quiet. The condo was excellent. We were in town for a Football game at the Nissan Stadium and it was walking distance. Just a little over a mile. Felt safe the entire stay. The bed was so comfortable and the host was great. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway. There is always parking on site. Easy check in and out. Condo is perfect size and was very clean. All the right amenities. Will certainly stay again.

Everything was great! Nice and clean place. We loved the fridge because the ice maker worked great. The location was perfect walking distance to Broadway. We loved the action on the river! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Check in and check out was very easy. It was close enough to walk to Broadway and enjoy everthing. A nice suprise was the fireworks outside our door which we learned on the lady night after stumbling onto a baseball game this is where they where coming from. The tv was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Overall it was a great stay.

Convenient Location

Location was great, convenient to everything. Check-in and check-out was easy and property manager was quick to respond. Condo is charming and exactly as described. Parking at condo was a big plus. Would stay in this condo again.

We found the condo to meet our expectations. It was clean with a nice riverside view. The area seemed fine during the day, but a little sketchy at night. An additional supply of towels within the unit would have been nice. Overall, a great value.

Everything was great except the communication. I never received any emails with Check-in/out instructions. Also, the couch was VERY uncomfortable! I actually think the pullout sofa bed part is broken because you feel like you’re sitting on the floor. Usually we wouldn’t be in the room much, but due to bad weather we were. Location was PERFECT and it was really cool being ON the river!

Perfect location. Having a deck was nice overlooking the river. Had coffee which is a plus. At first it smelled musty, i assume cause its by the river. But we loved it otherwise.

Beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed watching the sweet critters outside. Very short drive to everything. Would definitely stay again. We would have liked to walk to some of the venues but didn’t feel comfortable doing that with the homeless population living in the park just next door.
