Apartment 'Villa Orchidée - Coves Noves' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning and terrace
The "Orchidée" apartment comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160cm) and 2 single beds (90cm)) and a bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. A wifi connection, washing machine, air conditioning, fans and TV are also available.
Each room is independently air-conditioned, and the balcony has an automatic awning.
A 65-inch television is also available.
The apartment has a roof terrace with washing facilities. The shared outdoor facilities are located at the Coves Noves Tennis Club, 300 m from the property where we are shareholders. You have at your disposal: 2 tennis courts, a large swimming pool, a volleyball court, soccer, paddle, pétanque, a ping-pong table and a children's playground.
An on-site restaurant is open from June 01 to September 30. The private club is open from May 1 to September 30. The nearest supermarket is 400 m away, as are other restaurants. Enjoy the seaside restaurants, the clear blue water and the panoramic view of the bay.
There's also a water park nearby, and an 18-hole golf course 2.5 km away.
The nearest airport is Mahon, 23 km away (25 minutes by car).
The "Orchidée" apartment is located in the seaside resort of Coves Noves in the north of Menorca, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach (Playa Arenal d'En Castell - 900 m - 10 min walk).
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Name: Villa Orchidée - Coves Noves.
Parking spaces are available on the property and in the street. Pets are not allowed.
