Welcome to Cassine Garden Townhome, a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located in a peaceful community surrounded by nature in Seagrove Beach. This central location places you just minutes from many of the area’s favorite restaurants, cafés, and shops, while the sugar white sands of the Gulf are only a short walk away. With space to accommodate up to 6 guests, this townhome is well suited for families or friends planning a memorable 30A getaway.

Spend your mornings biking along Scenic 30A, stopping at local cafés for breakfast, or heading to the beach for a day by the water. In the evening, walk or bike to nearby restaurants for fresh seafood and coastal favorites, then return to the comfort of your townhome to wind down after a full day along the coast.

Your Space
Step inside to a bright and airy living space designed with a relaxed beach house style. The living room features a comfortable sofa, additional seating, and a TV, making it the perfect spot to gather after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and an eat-in counter with three bar stools, making casual meals or quick breakfasts easy. The adjacent dining area seats four guests, providing a comfortable space for shared meals or planning the day’s activities.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee on one of the private balconies, taking in the peaceful surroundings before heading out for a beach walk or bike ride. A conveniently located half bathroom and washer and dryer on the main level add extra ease and functionality for your stay.

Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood in a natural setting. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach features on-site tennis courts, a community pool, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Cassine Gardens is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all 30A has to offer. The beach access is just across Scenic 30A.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Our stay was great! The unit was very comfortable and the decor was pretty. We had everything we needed! The location to the beach was about an 8 minute walk through the neighborhood (our wagon came in clutch!) and about 2 minutes to the pool. The proximity to great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the neighboring areas of seaside and rosemary beach was peak! We will definitely consider staying here again in future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The perfect stay! Had kitchen essentials & an ice machine in freezer which was a plus. Great location SO close to the public beach access. Benchmark management made the whole process so easy and seamless. Would definitely recommend!

The property management company contaced me and asked to contact them directly if I planned to give a less than 5 star review. I reached out specifically about a 4 star review but I still havent heard from them and this is indicative of the communication we had during our stay. I have given them 4 business days, but still no response. Our stay was fine! But it was clear this was a big company and not a personal owner. Overall, our stay was very positive! The condo was extremely clean and close to the beach! We had plenty of towels. It was not a 5 star experience, however, because there were some fixtures and things that could have been improved upon. For one, the spare room shower had a terrible clog in it-neither of my children could really use it because of this. When we opened the dishwasher, we found that the inner parts were disassembled. Someone came to fix it, but not the clog, which was odd. And then I was surprised at how sparse the kitchen was stocked. There were some things stored in the pantry where the trash is kept: salt and pepper(which was empty) and coffee filters. I found this to be odd and a little off-putting. I have never stayed in a condo that didn't provide salt and pepper...so if you stay here, you will need to provide everything needed for cooking other than the utensils and pans. Finally, it would have been nice if there were more blankets- not required, but the difference between a 4 and 5 star stay.
