This beautiful vacation rental is centrally located between the Old Town, the City of Arts and Sciences, and just a 20-minute walk from the harbor.
Please note: The apartment is on the third floor.
Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building.
The Colón shopping district borders the Old Town and is a 10-minute ride away by metro. The unique Cabañal neighborhood and the city’s expansive beaches are a 12-minute bike ride away.
The Avenida del Port shopping street, located right nearby, has everything you need for your daily needs. Lidl, Aldi, or Mercadona are all within a 5-minute walk. Numerous cafés offer breakfast (starting at €5!) to get your day off to a good start. You’ll find small restaurants on every street corner (lunch special with a drink for around €15).
200 m to the Aiora Metro station
A very well-developed public transportation network (bus, tram, metro) is complemented by motorcycle and bike-sharing services (just download the app, sign up, and ride).

The apartment has everything you need:
Fiber-optic internet now at 10 gigabits, 2 smart TVs, AirPlay sound system, Netflix, hair dryer, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, toaster... and a beach umbrella for your days at the beach (a 24-minute walk or a 12-minute bike ride).

We loved our stay here. As others have mentioned the apartment is quite large and it's very comfortable. Loved going to the markets and bringing the bounty of Valencia home to cook. Of course this was when we weren't out eating some amazing meals. What a great home away from home! Thank you!

Perfect location, perfect flat - todo perfecto!

This apartment has everything you could ever need in it, is very spacious and is in a perfect location right between both the beach and the main city centre, not to mention being a minute from Ayora metro station. Couldn't recommend more, it felt like a real home.

Really good value and a huge apartment

We stayed here for six weeks, and already plan to return. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, and the bedrooms located away from the street, so nice and quiet. It’s a short walk to the metro, and there’s a good variety of neighborhood cafes and supermarkets all around.

All the rooms were nice and clean. We used the kitchen and the laundry many times and everything went very well there. The host, JORG, was extremely helpful. I misjudged the heat of Valencia in September and Jorg came through with three fans which made our stay much more comfortable. I would recommend this apartment.

Pleasant month stay in the beautiful city of Valencia

Large unit and well equipped for our month stay. Just a note- if you have issues with stairs this may not be a good fit for you, as it was about 50 steps to the apartment from the main door. Otherwise, it was a great location for what we wanted.

very nice apartment in a good location

I am very glad that I chose this apartment for our vacation in Valencia. Large and bright living room and bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, a large beautiful bathroom, all this created a unique comfort and homeliness, and the very convenient location makes these apartments even better. Large and location .

Jorg was good at communicating. Apt. was spacious and well equipped. Electrical panel went off often when heaters were on or if washing machine was on. Overall a good place other than stairs for seniors. Close to buses and metro and a close walk to beach.

Better than the photos

The apartment is a real treat and in a lovely, non-touristy neighborhood. Two good sized bedrooms, a decent kitchen, and a bright living/dining room made it feel like home. Just off a main street, the side street was quiet at night (* except during Fallas), quieter than my home in Vancouver. It is on the third floor of a walkup apartment building, so about 40 stairs. We were there for a month and were sad to leave. Jorg, the owner, was responsive and easy to work with in English.

Spacious and fast internet!

The flat is spacious and had everything we needed to stay for a month. There was ample kitchen, cleaning, and cooking supplies. It was great to have everything we needed for cooking! The two drying racks were super helpful for laundry. There’s no AC so I wouldn’t stay in the summer because it would be too hot for me but it’s perfect for all other times. The wifi is also super fast. We would stay again if we have the chance. Thank you Jorg and Maria!

Beautiful apartment

From the moment I entered the apartment, I fell in love with it. It looks modern, is taken care of, is spacious. The location is great - transport and shops are near; almost half way between the beach and the city centre (closet to the former) by metro. I got know the neighbours, who were very friendly and helpful. The owner and the person who welcomed us were also lovely and helpful, and made themselves available would I have needed them (which I didn't at the end). My only suggestion, which it wasn't made clear by the Vrbo search, was that the apartment was not ideal for a toddler (and although we managed well) and we had to be very mindful specially of plugs and cables :))) I 100% recommend this apartment

Good location for exploring

We needed a place while looking for long-term rental and this apartment worked out well. Good location in Ayora, just two blocks from the Metro station (lines 5&7), 10 minute walk from El Corte Ingles, Aqua mall and Turia park, 20 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The main downside was the lack of central heat. Mid-January to mid-February was cold and you could only heat by a space heater. The open plan made it difficult to stay warm in the living room without layers of clothes and blankets. If the water heater, micro or heater kicked in, it would trip a breaker. Several grocery stores close by too.

Achtung: Wohnung im 3. Stock OHNE Fahrstuhl – stand nirgends in der Beschreibung! Mit Knieproblemen war das tägliche Treppensteigen eine echte Tortur. Abends hätten wir gerne nochmal ein Café besucht, aber schon der Gedanke an die Treppe runter und später wieder hoch hat uns – mich besonders – davon abgehalten.Lage: "15 Min. zu Fuß zum Hafen" stimmt nicht – selbst mit Bus/Bahn waren wir über 20 Min. unterwegs.Aussicht ging direkt in Nachbarfenster mit Wäsche zum Trocknen. Die Gegend wirkte heruntergekommen, abends fühlten wir uns nicht sicher. Mehrfach nachts laute Schlägereien vor einer Eckkneipe, einmal rückte die Polizei mit 5 Wagen an.Zustand: Duschkopf bei Ankunft stark verkalkt und verschmutzt – wir mussten selbst Reinigungsmittel kaufen und alles über Nacht einweichen, bevor die Dusche nutzbar war.Wir haben die Wohnung daher nur zum Schlafen und Duschen genutzt.Positiv: zentrale Lage, Innenstadt und Strand in 20–30 Min. mit ÖPNV erreichbar. Auto lohnt sich dort nicht (kein Parkplatz, viel Verkehr). Auch das Internet war sehr stabil.Für ca. 1.200 für zwei Wochen, bei diesen Mängeln und fehlenden/falschen Angaben in der Beschreibung, können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Lieber Frank, vielen Dank für deine ausführliche Bewertung. Es tut mir ehrlich leid, dass dein Aufenthalt nicht so gelaufen ist, wie du dir das vorgestellt hast – besonders, weil der Kontakt zu dir vorher und während des Aufenthalts wirklich sehr freundlich war. Ich nehme deine Kritik ernst und möchte gerne auf einiges eingehen: **Treppenhaus:** Du hast völlig recht – die Angabe der Etage wird bei FeWo-Direkt standardmäßig nicht abgefragt, das ist mir jetzt auch aufgefallen. Ich werde die Info sofort in meine Beschreibung ergänzen, damit zukünftige Gäste genau wissen, was sie erwartet. Dass du mit Knieproblemen täglich hoch- und runter musstest, tut mir wirklich leid – das hätte ich vorher kommunizieren sollen. **Fußweg zum Hafen:** Ich habe extra nochmal bei Google Maps geschaut – dort werden tatsächlich 17 Minuten angegeben. Ich verstehe aber, dass das im Alltag in einer belebten Avenida auch mal länger wirken kann. Ich werde die Wegbeschreibung künftig etwas genauer fassen, damit keine falschen Erwartungen entstehen. **Duschkopf:** Absolut nicht mein Standard – ich habe ihn inzwischen austauschen lassen und meine Reinigungskraft nochmal sensibilisiert. Dass du da selbst tätig werden musstest, ist nicht in Ordnung – dafür möchte ich mich entschuldigen. **Lärm & Umgebung:** Dass es teilweise nachts laut und unangenehm war, ist zum Glück eine absolute Ausnahme. Ich kann aber gut nachvollziehen, dass das Deinen Eindruck der Gegend negativ beeinflusst hat. Das Feedback der anderen Gäste war immer positiv. Umso mehr freut es mich, dass du immerhin das **stabile Internet** und die **zentrale Anbindung** positiv erwähnt hast – genau das schätze ich selbst an der Wohnung. Und dass ich für dich jederzeit erreichbar war, war mir auch wichtig. Ich bedanke mich wirklich für dein ehrliches Feedback – es hilft mir, die Wohnung besser zu beschreiben. Eine in einem Wohnviertel gelegene großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit etwas traditioneller Möblierung. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen sehr gut. Das WLAN war stabil und sehr schnell, sehr gut geeignet für Remote working. Einzig, die in der Anzeige genannten Bezahlsender stand nicht alle zur Verfügung. Die Betreuung durch den Eigentümer war optimal.Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Super séjour

La maison est beaucoup plus belle que sur les photos, elle est grande et spacieuse, extrêmement bien aménagée et agréable. J'ai adoré mon séjour et je recommande l'appartement.

Muy recomendable

Es el segundo año que volvemos a este piso y seguimos encantados. Está muy bien comunicado, a mitad camino de la playa y del centro, en la misma línea del metro al aeropuerto. El apartamento es muy agradable —aunque está en una finca antigua, por dentro está renovado—. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y tanto el propietario como la encargada son muy agradables y serviciales.

Très bon séjour

Logement très propre, situé à 100m du métro. Commerces et bus à proximité. Très bon accueil, nous recommandons.

For the first time I had such a disastrous experience with a guest. He was never available and arrived three hours late. The dirty dishes were in the kitchen, the rubbish was in the way, there was smoking even though it is forbidden. The lock had to be changed because the keys were not returned. The misconduct was reported to Expedia.

Fantastic home in Valencia!

Jorg and Maria were perfect hosts! They were so fast to respond and easy to work with. The home itself is located very nicely between the beach, old town, shops, cafes, and those famous science buildings. Would recommend staying here!
