We had a wonderful family break for 4 nights in Lucas’ apt.I travelled with my husband, mum and 2 teenagers.The apt had everything we needed, it is spacious and the beds were so comfortable.It’s located within easy reach of the metro, supermarket and restaurants.Lucas was a super host, clear communication and super helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for beach and city

Warm welcome and a clean and well organised flat. Caters very well for families with children. The place is spacious and light.

We were there for 10 nights top location in 12 min in the city or to the beach . Busstop right on the corner .

Perfect accommodation

We (family of 5) had a wonderful time in this great flat. Everything was clean. The location is perfect, you can walk to the old town, city of science and arts, beach and stadium. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, metro and bus station nearby. Valencia is a city worth living in with a lot of flair. We would love to come back.

Spacious bright apartment in lively convenient location

We stayed for 10 days and had a lovely time. Lucas gave us a very warm welcome and the apartment well accommodated our family of 5. Within walking distance of metro, beach and city centre, and amazing food options on the doorstep.

Great stay

Lucas has been an excellent host and the flat perfect for our stay. The flat was clean and had all we needed, very close to a tube station that took us to the centre in no time and a bus to the beach that was also great. Perfect family apartment

This apartment was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and well within walking distance to the taxi stop and subway station. There is a mercodona one block away to get essentials. Lucas is a fantastic host. He is prompt with communications and a delight to work with.

Best VRBO yet!

This was our 5th place to stay with during a long vacation. It also happened to be the one we stayed at the longest. This was fortunate as it was our best. The place is spacious with a living area and table to dine at. The setup of the place is nice with kitchen at one end and 3 bedrooms at the other. The location is between the beach and downtown with multiple bus lines a block or 2 away on either side.What really separates this is the host. He was the one who greeted us when we checked in. He went over the house and then pointed out businesses close by which we would find helpeful. There are 3 close markets, a great bakery, and a place for paellas. He also responds quickly if anything comes up. We were pleasantly surprised to find games available, a beach umbrella, and a beach volleyball.

Spacious & good location

A light and spacious flat which is very well situated, with the 32 bus very near which goes to the beach in one direction and the city centre in the other. The metro is a 5 minutes walk with a direct line to the city and the airport. Transport tickets are cheap. All the basics were provided, we had room for two couples and a single friend, and the heating was good for our January evenings.  We appreciated the washing machine and the reliable wifi. There are two good supermarkets around the corner and a pharmacy opposite.  We didn’t eat or drink in the area, preferring the standard of cafes elsewhere in town or on the lovely beachfront.  Lucas is an extremely pleasant and obliging host, on call if needed. We loved Valencia which is beautiful in many ways, from classical, historic, modern, to street culture and art. A great city to explore. Thank you Lucas.

De communicatie was perfect, altijd duidelijk. We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen geweest. We kregen een kleine uitleg over vanalles. Het appartement was helemaal in orde. De keuken is zeker geschikt om meermaals op je vakantie in te koken. De wifi en air conditioning werkten heel goed. Alles is vlot verlopen. Als we vragen hadden konden we de eigenaar direct bereiken en kregen we ook zeer snel een antwoord. Dus ons besluit, het appartement en de eigenaar en alles daar rond was zeer goed!

Fijn verblijf

Lucas is echt een fijne host, reageert snel en helpt waar hij kan. Appartement ligt in een fijne buurt en heeft genoeg winkels en supermarkten rondom. Metro en bus dichtbij. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Piso amplio para un grupo de 5 personas, bien comunicado con el aeropuerto, el centro y la playa con bus y metro y en un barrio con muchos baresy que dispone de todos los servicios, supermercado muy cerquita. La casa está completa de menaje, tiene aire acondionado en el salón y en una habitación, en las otras 2 habitaciones solo ventilador. La comunicación con el dueño fenomenal, muy amable y responde a todo en segundos.Recomendable

Soggiorno per rivisitare la città e incontrare nostra figlia.

Un'ottima soluzione per soggiornare. Si raggiungono a piedi tutti i punti della città. Per chi non se la sente ci sono le fermate di metro e bus a 5 minuti di cammino. Noi abbiamo sempre camminato così che da apprezzare tutte le bellezze della città. Consigliato!

Nous sommes partis de Malaga via Madrid pour les LAS FALLAS (3jours de fête). Endroit très bien situé près d’un métro et de l’autobus. Le propriétaire nous attendait à notre arrivée et nous a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement. Passer un agréable séjour.

Appartement agréable

L’appartement correspond bien à l’annonce. Lucas est très à l’écoute et réactif. L’appartement est très fonctionnel. Nous étions 5 adultes, la climatisation et le fait d’avoir 2 toilettes étaient appréciables. Très bonne localisation avec des supermarchés, cafés à proximité. Arrêt de bus ligne 32 à deux pas qui dessert beaucoup d’endroits à visiter à Valence et le métro à 10-15 minutes. 3 semaines agréables passées dans cet appartement.
