"Il Belvedere sulla Valle House" Apartment with Mountain View, Wi-Fi, and Terrace

Parking is available on the street (this is the public parking of the small village). The property is heated with LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), typical for mountain villages at 400 meters altitude. Heating is available for an extra fee, with costs depending on usage and weather conditions. You can manage both turning on the heating and setting the temperature yourselves, and monitor consumption via the meter. The house is equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher. From the house, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The terrace is for your exclusive use and is accessed externally from the house.
