For our first time in New York, this place was absolutely perfect and such a treat! Close to the city and the neighborhood had a great atmosphere. Easy parking and check in process. The host was so sweet and accommodating, very communicative for anything that was needed. The place itself was so beautiful and comfy. I enjoyed the cozy rooms and multiple spaces to relax. After long nights, this place felt like home coming back to! Thank you for everything and for sharing your space, I’d recommend this place to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was perfect for us. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely a home away from home. Parking was easy on a nice, quiet street. We were out and about a lot, but the private, fenced in yard would have made a lovely spot to sit and read if we had the time. The host was super quick with our questions regarding places to eat and made us feel very welcome. Her restaurant suggestion was a great choice too! We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place. The upstairs heating system apparently operates off hot water, and the pipes that are in this apartment make noise all night. That was our only issue.

This property is in the basement of the house which is fine. Provides plenty of room. Has 2 bedrooms and a small but adequate kitchen/dining area and living room area. I was not aware how difficult the parking would be. I had to park four houses down the street each night I was there. It was summer time and it was warm out, but the A/C unit is in the living room & just couldn't keep the rooms cool. Each bedroom had a fan and that helped, but it was a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps on cooler days it would be better. As for check in, I got there early around 1 and received the code to enter. I knocked on the door and also rang the bell, but no answer. Probably at work which is understandable. Since I was sent the code I apparently wrongly assumed I could enter the basement. Found the room clean and ready to go. Took a shower and left. While away I got a message saying check in was at 4. I wrote back saying I checked in already. Host wrote back that's not OK as I didn't ask first and charged me 40 for early check in. I didn't want to argue but this was pretty petty to me as everything was ready and they sent me the code to check in. I did try knocking on the door and ringing the door bell but apparently that wasn't enough. I have never had this happen before. I am also a VRBO host myself for my condo and as long as the room is ready it's not an issue. So, its a mixed message. Room is OK but has cooling and parking issues and whatever u do don't check in early without permission.

Everything was great. Very beautifully decorated. The only things I found lacking was the AC in the rooms and the lack of parking in the evenings.

Very nice people. Nice and clen place. Kids will have what to do its little play area fir them. They realy look after people in this home. You can fell welcome from first moment you step by the gate. Just fell like home no less no more
