Enjoy a comfortable stay in this newly renovated home conveniently located in central Spokane. The property offers two private bedrooms with queen beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room, making it a practical choice for couples, families or small groups.
The home is within walking distance of Northtown Mall, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Major roads and freeway access are nearby, making it easy to reach downtown Spokane in about 10 minutes as well as other parts of the city.
Guests will appreciate essential amenities including heating, air conditioning and a functional, relaxed living space designed for both short visits and extended stays. Whether you are visiting for work, family or travel, this home provides a simple and convenient base.

The work that the host put into this house is top tier! The house was so clean! Bedding was fresh and clean. It really was a warm and inviting vibe- definitely felt like a home away from home. Host was always available and communication was amazing! 10/10 definitely recommend. If we go back to Spokane, this is the place I would stay at again. Phenomenal experience!

Wow, I was super impressed. You have a driveway spot to park in front of their garage. Entry was very easy and self-explanatory. This house is SUPER cute inside (looks like a very recent remodel to me). It was very clean! The host, Andrew, was very responsive to my questions during the stay. We WILL be back there next time we are in Spokane. (Oh, and so well-located to everywhere we needed to be.)
