Thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, the space is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to unwind after a day at the beach, biking the island, or exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee or heading out for sunset, this villa provides a peaceful and inviting retreat. Ideally located near Harbour Town, you’ll be just moments from the iconic lighthouse, marina, waterfront dining, and boutique shopping. World-renowned PGA golf at Harbour Town Golf Links is practically next door, along with scenic bike paths and some of the island’s most beautiful surroundings. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or enjoy the best of Hilton Head, everything you need for a memorable stay is right here. We look forward to hosting you!

Community Roadwork Notice: The Sea Pines community has advised that road improvements will be taking place along Lighthouse Lane and the surrounding area from September 2026 through spring 2027. The villa building is set back from the roadway, so I do not anticipate noise inside the villa, and the work will not affect the marina view or access to Harbour Town’s shops, restaurants, and activities. However, guests may encounter temporary traffic changes or minor detours when driving to the villa or walking to the community pool. I am sharing this in advance so guests are fully informed when booking.

Please note this is a studio-style condo with an open layout, ideal for couples or solo travelers. This is a penthouse condo on the 4th floor with elevator access.

Sea Pines is a gated community. Gate access details will be provided prior to arrival, and a pass will be required for entry during your stay.

The property includes 2 parking spaces.

It’s incredibly easy to enjoy everything Sea Pines has to offer, from golf at the Harbour Town Links and tennis nearby, to biking or strolling over to the Sea Pines Center. The Atlantic Ocean is also easily accessible, making beach days effortless.

And of course, it’s one of the most sought-after locations during the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament in April.
