Welcome to Rustic Roy, nestled in Nisswa this delightful Cabin on a quiet cul-de-sac road offers a tranquil retreat for guests. It sits on a double lot with almost 200 feet of shoreline. With 2 cozy bedrooms each featuring a queen bed and a bunk bed - it's the perfect place for a wonderful getaway with family or friends. The cabin has a bathroom, spacious kitchen and cozy living room. The screened porch is amazing for nighttime gatherings. The Bunk House has the 3rd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom. The bedroom has a King bed. The bathroom with a vintage metal shower takes you back in time. It also has a small living room area.

The lakeside firepit patio is great for watching boats go by and making that perfect s'more. The beach area with kayaks and sand toys is a fun spot for the kids. Roy Lake is one of the most sought after lakes on the Gull Lake Chain with its clear water and sandy bottom. Immerse yourself in the magic of Nisswa at our charming cabin and create unforgettable memories.

Disclosure: there are 2 exterior security cameras, one covering the driveway and one covering the lakeside yard.

The bunk house is seasonal and does not have a heating system, we do provide a heater for your use. It does have an air conditioner unit.

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We love the Gull Lake Chain and have been visiting here for over 25 years with our family. The lakes are beautiful and have ample restaurants along the way. We enjoy the quaint town of Nisswa and all of its charm; shopping boutiques, ice cream, candy trails and trails. We love being so close to many of the most beautiful golf courses in MN!
