Cute house in a convenient location. I love the backyard, surrounded by trees and birds, including peacocks in the neighborhood! The fully fenced backyard was incredibly convenient for our dogs. I was pleasantly surprised when they had no issues going to the restroom on the AstroTurf - there is no real grass in the yard. The backyard is inviting and relaxing. I love that the property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat.The front yard has a very pleasing aesthetic, particularly at night.It was so welcoming and appreciated to arrive to find many lights on, such as a lamp in each room.A bidet in the master is a great plus and a welcome surprise.There were some negatives. The couch was very stained. The step in tub/shower in the master while attractive, is a deathtrap. The are no rails or anything to hold on to getting in and out. The steps, even with the slip resistant strips, become very slippery and the tub is slippery in general when wet. The lockbox posed a challenge to figure out that the front panel needs to be pulled down to open with a fingernail; it does not open with just the lever. The bedding in the master was stained.Not a big deal, but there was no mention of the motorhome parked on the side of the house, can lead you to think you have the wrong house, plus it's weird.Overall, nice and convenient stay.
