Welcome Log House Retreat! To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you respect the following:

Occupancy & Visitors
Maximum of 10 registered guests at all times.
Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
No unauthorized gatherings or events.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. We’ll always do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Late check-out fees may apply depending on the length of the extension.

No Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors).
Any evidence of smoking inside will result in additional cleaning fees.

Noise & Respect for Neighbours
Please respect the peaceful nature of the area.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No parties or events.

Hot Tub Guidelines (Available after April 2026)
Shower before entering the hot tub to help maintain water quality.
No glass in or around the hot tub area.
Do not adjust settings or tamper with equipment.
Please replace the cover after each use to retain heat and cleanliness.
Use at your own risk — children must be supervised at all times.

Waterfront & River Safety
Enjoy the river responsibly.
Swimming and water activities are at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
Please be cautious on docks, steps, and shoreline areas as they may be slippery.
Do not leave any belongings or garbage near the waterfront.

Cleanliness & Care
Please treat the home with care and respect.
Before departure:
Place garbage and recycling in designated bins
Load and start the dishwasher
Report any damages or issues during your stay.

Pets
Pets are only permitted with prior approval.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

Security & Safety
For security purposes, exterior cameras may be in place.
Do not tamper with any safety devices.
Please ensure doors are locked when leaving the property.
