This 2 acre property covered in Oaks and Maple trees is surrounded by a brook on all sides. 5 minutes from Acadia and 10 minutes from both Southwest Harbor and Bar Harbor-- this getaway is perfect for all of your vacation needs.

This Family Friendly home consists of 4 Bedrooms, 5 beds and sleeps 9 people in the Center of Acadia at the top of the Somes Sound next to the iconic Somesville bridge!
The 2 story 134 year old home has tall ceilings paired with an open concept between rooms to provide a very spacious feel throughout the home
The 3 main bedrooms are upstairs while the kids room (Single bunk over full bed) is downstairs off the spacious kitchen and an outdoor fire pit available for the whole family!

-The TVs are SMART TVs that you are able to log into your own apps to view programming
-The TVs do NOT have Cable


-This unit has a FAST Internet Connection. The router is located in the unit if guests would like to have an Ethernet Connection instead of Wi-Fi

A/C Units/Fans:
-There is Window A/Cs as well as Portable A/C Units
-There are Standing Fans in each bedroom

-A/C Units are window units that are located in the bedroom. These are installed in Early July until the end of September

-Neighbors are proximal, please be mindful of the noise when outside

Guests have access to the entire home. The property has an additional guest cottage on the 2 acre parcel. The outdoor space is shared. Each guest house has it's own dedicated outdoor furniture and grill--but the yard/yard games are shared)
