Located on the ground floor within The Village Resort & Residences at Corasol, this apartment is part of a luxury development designed by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, known for its contemporary architecture and integration with the natural surroundings. Its main highlight is the direct access to a private terrace that extends into a patio and a small private garden, creating a comfortable space to relax or spend time outdoors with added privacy.
The unit features two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King Size bed and a spacious closet, while the second bedroom includes two single beds, making it a great option for families or small groups.

The location allows guests to enjoy peace and privacy while remaining close to the Riviera Maya’s main attractions. Playa del Carmen’s beaches are just 5–10 minutes away by car, as is Fifth Avenue, known for its restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and nightlife. Shopping centers, supermarkets, and cinemas are within 10–15 minutes.
Natural attractions such as cenotes and theme parks (Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-Há) are located between 15 and 40 minutes away, while Tulum is approximately one hour by car. Cancún International Airport is about 45–50 minutes away via the main highway.
