The stay was amazing. The host was beyond helpful gave amazing recommendations on places to eat. Every cuisine you could want he more then likely has a recommendation. The neighborhood is beautiful and nice and peaceful.

This place was fabulous! My family was so comfortable while we attended appointments at Mayo. We had everything we needed and more. Communication with Brad was great! I highly recommend staying here!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and also about Brad. I had to come stay for a visit with Mayo’s and I wanted to bring my fur babies along because they are my emotional support. This house is nothing but peaceful absolutely clean and in a perfect area…. I wish there was more people like Brad out there. It would make the world a better place.

The host was extremely responsive and addressed any questions immediately. The home was compact and comfortable, with everything needed for my short visit with my son. Brad went above and beyond to make ensure the A/C could keep up during the oppressive heat wave- even adding an extra unit prior to our visit. We enjoyed the board games as well. Walking distance to the lake, and the two-mile paved path around it. Swimming and paddleboarding were out, however, as the lake was closed due to high bacteria levels. :( The fenced yard made all the difference for my high energy dogs, and the neighbors were friendly.

Nice place to stay between our appointments at Mayo. Really close and convenient. Or dogs loved the fenced in back yard. Everything was clean and cozy. Brad made the check in process simple and checked up on us during the week we stayed. Would rent again if we need to go to Mayo again for an extended stay.

I am from Rochester, MN. Still live there. I have worked many years at Mayo Clinic, most of which with cancer and transplant patients. I love being able to continue to help away from work by providing people with a clean, peaceful place to stay that hopefully feels more like home. I have seen how impactful a healthy environment can be for patients and their families, and I am proud to play a small role in that.

This neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood with larger yards. It walkable distance to cascade lakes, which has a large walking/biking path around the lake, the best playground in Rochester, 1 of 2 beaches in Rochester, and an outdoor event center that hosts free concerts and events. It has quickly become the best summer spot in Rochester. The house is also just a minute drive to our favorite coffee shop, that is inside a garden center and greenhouse, our favorite brewery, hosting live music and events most nights of the week, and one of the best bar and restaurants in tow. It is a 3 minute drive to St. Mary's hospital, 8 min to Mayo Clinic (shorter without construction) and 2 minute drive with access to the highway (without having to heat the noise of the highway)
