BEDROOMS:



This amazing 2 bedroom house has 1 king size bed and 1 queen bed. We know how important it is to get a good night’s sleep while you’re away from home so we splurged to provide the most comfortable beds around and cozy pillows for each bed! Each bedroom has a clothing rack and hangers in case you want to unpack during your stay.

*note there is a trundle bed you can use for your extra guest



KITCHEN



You will find a fully stocked kitchen equipped for light cooking. Including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine along with creamers, sugars and coffee.





LIVING AREA



There is a smart TV in this house with Roku access. This will allow you to login to your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime account upon check in, just don’t forget to logout before you leave!





BATHROOM



Our bathroom are fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.



LAUNDRY

If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided an in unit washer and dryer.



OUTDOOR AREA



We have a fenced in backyard and a relaxing deck equipped with outdoor seating.



For added security, this property is equipped with an OUTDOOR security camera system.



Guest Access:

This is a rental for the entire home. Guests will have access to the entire space, with your own coded entry.



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is very walkable. Our home is located on tree lined streets of Lenexa, Kansas—one of the most charming neighborhoods in metropolitan Kansas City.



Getting Around:

Uber/Lyft are accessible and cheap if you don't have a car. Easy access to all highways and attractions if your choose to bring one.We have ample free parking!



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
