Comfortable vacation rental with two balconies <br><br>Welcome to the "Barons Residenz" on Rügen! In this cozy vacation rental, every vacation is a delight!<br><br>Bright rooms, stylish furniture, and tasteful decor make this vacation rental your very own oasis of well-being! With 61 m² of living space, you’ll find a separate bedroom, a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. The vacation rental also features two balconies.<br><br>Look forward to wonderfully relaxing moments during your vacation on Rügen! The living area, featuring a sofa corner, TV (cable), DVD (Blu-ray) player, stereo system, and free internet, is the perfect place to unwind! <br>Or would you like to spend evenings cooking together? Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, etc.). There’s also a large dining table in the living room with enough space for the whole family.<br><br>The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2 m). Two additional guests can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room (1.40 m wide sleeping surface). <br><br>The marble-tiled bathroom with a bathtub offers additional comfort. It’s ideal for enjoying a soothing bubble bath after a long walk on the beach!<br><br>Two beautiful balconies guarantee you restful relaxation in the fresh Baltic Sea air! From here, you’ll enjoy a lovely view of Lake Schmachter, and thanks to the prime location, it’s very quiet. The sandy beach in Binz is also very close to the vacation rental. <br><br>In the building’s basement, there are coin-operated washers and dryers that you’re welcome to use.<br><br>The apartment comes with a private parking space. In addition to the building’s bicycle parking spaces, you can use a private, lockable bicycle storage room shared with the neighboring apartment. An AC wallbox with a charging capacity of 11 kW is available to our guests in the residence.
