You’ll feel right at home in our cozy vacation rental with a separate bedroom and a southwest-facing balcony—located very close to the center of Binz!<br><br>In a warm and inviting atmosphere, you’ll find a bright living room with a dining area and open kitchen; the room is also equipped with a sleeper sofa for two people, as well as a flat-screen TV and a CD player. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny southwest-facing balcony with a partial view of Lake Schmachter.<br><br>The vacation rental features a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bedroom also includes a crib (80 x 160 cm). In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack and a built-in closet.<br><br>You can relax wonderfully on the beautifully furnished balcony of this vacation apartment in Binz! Enjoy the warming rays of the sun and the fresh Baltic Sea air to the fullest! This is the kind of vacation atmosphere where you can unwind to your heart’s content. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible children’s playground in the residential park.<br><br>The vacation rental features a well-designed floor plan—all rooms branch off centrally from the hallway, so there are no walk-through rooms. Thanks to its location on the top floor, you’ll especially enjoy the peace and quiet of Rügen! It’s located in the heart of Binz yet in a lovely, quiet setting, as no through roads disturb the peace and quiet of your vacation. <br><br>A ten-minute walk takes you to the shopping and strolling promenade. From the residential complex, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars offers that pure vacation feeling!<br><br>The location of the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers alike, as well as for active vacationers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” stop, and the tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible playground in the Wohnpark.
