Inside, you’ll find a light-filled space with windows framing the water from the living room, dining area, and even your private lofted bedroom above. The decor is clean, coastal, and comfortable—designed to feel like a true retreat, not just a place to stay.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the cozy living area with a smart TV is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Upstairs, your king-sized bed awaits in the loft, creating a peaceful hideaway to end each day. The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Step outside and enjoy the sounds of the water from your porch, or take a short stroll to the walking trail just behind the property. Boaters will appreciate the public boat ramp located right next door—please inquire about trailer storage if needed.

Guests will receive a unique code for the keyless entry keypad prior to arrival. A local property manager is always just a phone call away if needed.

• Must be 25+ to book; valid photo ID required (uploaded to VRBO and sent to host if requested)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no third-party bookings)
• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests unless otherwise approved
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the property
• Dogs allowed with prior approval and pet fee ($100 for up to 2 dogs)
• Please respect quiet hours and neighboring residents
• All instant bookings must confirm guest details with host within 48 hours
