Hill House Spain, formerly known as Villa Casa Blanca, offers modern luxury in Almuñecar and is the ideal accommodation for a truly relaxing holiday with world-class views of the ocean, nearby mountains, and terraced rural land. The recently updated interior is designed to promote relaxation from the moment you arrive.



The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area, featuring an infinity pool (open all year), a jacuzzi, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.



The nearest restaurant is 2.09 km away, the nearest bar is 1.78 km away, and the nearest supermarket is 1.71 km away. The beach at Pozuelo is 11.21 km from the property.



Free parking is available on the property. The property has a step-free interior. Smoking is not allowed.



There is an integrated alarm system with GPS and three exterior cameras, all pointing towards the front of the house—one at the front entrance and driveway, and two at the sides of the house. No areas of the home that would be considered private are covered by the cameras, and there are no interior cameras.

Pros: The tranquility and view over the mountains + sea Rush of riding up the mountain to get to the house - quite a challenge Cons: Small thing. We were there with the dog and the nearby roads are very steep. Could'nt do long walks.

Relaxing week in the sun in a beautiful villa & location.

Pros: Beautiful villa, in a stunning hill location with welcome breezes each day. The villa has a fabulous infinity pool, jacuzzi & very well stocked kitchen. Good air conditioning in each room was also a plus. Very comfortable stay. Cons: I can’t say I didn’t enjoy anything about our stay but some recommendations include: - having better signage once you turn onto the road up to the villa. - the villa is advertised as having a television which infers it is available for communal use. There was a TV but it was in one of the bedrooms. A living room TV would benefit any stay. - We were not able to book a taxi to any of the nearby towns, presumable because of the remote nature of the villa & bad road. This needs to be clear when booking.

Pros: Wie mieten seit mehr als 20 Jahren Häuser für den Urlaub - dieses Objekt gehört absolut in die Spitzenklasse. Von der Abfolge der Anmietung, der Anfahrtsbeschreibung mit den notwendigen Tipps, der Empfang und Einweisung durch den Verwalter bis zum Ende alles top. Das Haus ist für alle Lebenslagen ausgestattet. Sensationell ist die Lage und die Möglichkeit, sich hier wirklich den ganzen tag aufzuhalten ohne Langeweile zu empfinden. Es muss jedem klar sein, dass das Haus alleine liegt (was sehr angenehm ist), die Erreichbarkeit straßenmässig auf den letzten Kilometern sicher etwas beschwerlich ist (aber gut zu machen) und man zum Strand ca. 30 Minuten braucht. Perfektes Objekt, nur zu empfehlen!!

Pros: Wir haben eine top ausgestattete und liebevoll dekorierte Villa vorgefunden. Die letzten 2,7 km den Berg hinauf bis zur Villa sind beschwerlich, aber man wird belohnt. Für Ruhesuchende die ideale Location. Dank der Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern auch im Hochsommer erholsam. Wir waren in 2 Wochen 3 mal einkaufen und haben 2 Ausflüge unternommen und uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Man sollte natürlich Zeit miteinander verbringen wollen und auch bereit sein, sich selbst zu verpflegen. Wir haben jede Minute genossen.

Pros: We had a fantastic week with our 4 children in Casa Blanca in the first week of May, 2016. The house is more than fully equipped, offers superb views and we had a great time. The steep and challenging road to the house was e challenge at first, but after a few days we got used to it. Both the owners and the house keeper were very friendly and helpful. We liked the village of Salobrena very much. Most certainly a place to remember and return to!

Pros: My wife and I stayed at Casa Blanca with another couple in early October, 2014. The villa is at the end of a several kilometer rustic road that is quite steep and challenging for a car without high clearance (although not impossible). This remote location meant that the villa was very private and secluded, which suited our expectations. Only rarely did we hear any noise other than the rustling of the breeze in the beautiful olive tree planted in the middle of the terrace. The villa was very nice inside and the kitchen was well appointed. But the crowning jewel of the property is the absolutely stunning terrace and infinity swimming pool. We spent virtually all of our time (outside of sleeping) on the terrace. The view is spectacular; out of six days at the property, we spent three full days lounging on the terrace, drinking the local wine from Jete (quite good and inexpensive - buy some!) and eating our meals alfresco. The view is amazing - it NEVER got old! We enjoyed the surrounding mountains and the sea on our outings and spent a day in Granada touring the Alhambra (outstanding), which is about 90 minutes by car from Casa Blanca. But we were always excited to return to the beautiful villa and enjoy the end of the day on the terrace under the great dome of the star-filled Andalusian sky. The owner, Gitte, was very easy to work with and the local property manager, Michael, was very personable and helpful, especially when we returned to the villa after a long day to find the power out. We called Michael and he directed us to the breaker box and helped us locate the problem. Michael spoke excellent English which was nice since our Spanish was rusty at best. Another benefit of the villa was the WIFI which worked great and helped us keep in touch with family and friends. We have stayed at many villas in Europe and America and Casa Blanca is at the top of our list of favorites. Stay here - you will NOT be disappointed!

Gitte og hennes familie gir utmerket service fra første stund og det gjør deres housemanager Michael også. Vi reiste med to tenåringer og en 7 åring - alle storkoste seg og alle vil tilbake. Vi manglet ingenting - huset har alt. Vi reiser tilbake igjen så snart muligheten byr seg. Tusen takk til Gitte og familien.

Pros: From the moment I saw the villa on the website I knew I had to come here. It certainly did not disappoint. The drive from the airport was uneventful and the owners instructions got us to the property. The dirt road is a bit rough but you get used to it. We were greeted at the property by Michael who was kind and helpful showing us around, where to find things and how to work things. The views are absolutely stunning and as others have said, not justified by photos. The villa is amazingly well equipped with everything you need and more. The owners really have thought of everything. The infinity pool and Terrace really are the highlight and we spend most of our days and evenings here. We really did have the most wonderful time and I would return in a heartbeat. It is not cheap but certainly worth every penny.

Pros: Just back from a week staying at the glorious Casa Blanca. Wish we were still there! We chose to stay near Almunecar since we had been to the area before and really liked the old town, the municipal market and the free (and often quite substantial) tapas in the town. However, the villa was so gorgeous we hardly spent any time in the town at all. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, the views were amazing, the jacuzzi and infinity pool were perfect and the whole deal was more than we could ever have expected. The whole experience was a pleasure, from the friendly and informative initial email contacts through to the meet and greet at the property. I'm sorry to sound so over-the-top, but it was just perfect. On our way home my 19-year old daughter said that this was a holiday she would remember forever. I agree.

Pros: If your looking for a stylish, modern villa set in a traditional, tranquil location, with an absolutely incredible view then look no further than Casa Blanca villa. My wife and I spent the most relaxing two weeks with lasting memories of a location and setting where we will return. Surprisingly even had full 3G mobile coverage with internet access at the top of the mountain where the villa is set. A great sized infinity pool used daily in the mornings and a hot tub to relax at sunset - not something you get to do very often in the UK. Mr Michael and Suzanne the house managers are both gracious and helpful in every way. Even arriving at 1am in the morning we were welcomed to a house with candles lit and food essentials stocked in the fridge because of our late arrival. Communication with the owners Gitte and Knut has been a pleasure and its a clear to see that they take great pride in sharing their house which has been finished to the highest standards. This one's definitely a keeper and we are already making plans to come back very soon !

( from the hotpool :) It was perfectly located to visit the sights we wanted to visit : Alpujarras, Frigiliana and Granada .The last mile to the house takes a driver who's not afraid of a dirt road ( or heights ), but believe me : it's more than worth it ! Pros: Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet, u.a. mit einem Siemens-Induktionskochfeld, großem Edelstahl-Kühlschrank und einem gigantischen Pool mit Blick auf die Bergwelt, in die das Objekt eingebettet ist. Man genießt eine einmalige, absolute Privatphäre umgeben von Mandelbäumen. Die deutschen Betreuer sind super nett, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Es sind genügend Handtücher, Geschirr, Kochutensilien und Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden (außergewöhnlich im Vergleich zu sonstigen Ferienhäusern). Zwar etwas abgelegene, aber sehr schöne Ferienimmobilie.
