Property was very poorly cleaned, Hot water was intermittent, sometimes it would be hot and other times it would not get warm at all. Ants in the bottom stairs bathroom. Very poor dishes and pans. Broken patio chairs. Would never stay at this property again. Sad that I was charged full price for this facility and our annual family vacation.

The condo itself had a beautiful view of the lake, good upstairs deck, high ceilings, large rooms, and the layout would be perfect for 3 couples or older gals like us that want their own space with their own bathroom. The biggest downside was communicating with Avari the property management group. I felt like all the questions were answered by AI, not a real person who was local to South Lake Tahoe who could really address the situation. They only allow solid color blue, green or beige beach umbrellas. But the ones that were provided were broken. As were the blow up beach rafts. And the can opener, and the oven light and a bunch of little things that, hopefully , will be repaired or addressed by the time someone else rents it.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful lake view and the spacious layout of the condo, which is perfect for groups looking for their own space. It sounds like you made some great memories on the upstairs deck, and we appreciate you highlighting those features. We genuinely apologize for the communication issues you experienced with our team. We strive to provide a personal touch, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. Your feedback about the beach umbrellas and other amenities is invaluable, and we will certainly address those concerns to ensure everything is in top shape for future guests. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.
