The Space:

From the gorgeous views of Deer Valley Ski Resort outside to the beautiful furnishings inside, this 2BR, 2BA (sleeps 4) Park City condo wows. Make yourself at home in the open living spaces with comfy furniture. Only 40 minutes to Salt Lake airport.



INSIDE THE HOUSE



As you’re driving into the complex, the garage and driveway are across from the unit. Take in the blue skies for miles and incredible mountain views as you cross the street and head into the main entrance.



Climb the stairs or take the elevator to the upper level and make your way down to the end of the hallway and the unit. Push open the wood entry door and you’re greeted with gorgeous hardwood floors and convenient bench and hooks to store your gear. A small coat closet offers more storage.



Turn right and head back toward the bedrooms and laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer. Well-appointed, the guest bath offers a single vanity with extra counter space and fully-tiled tub and shower combination.



Offering mountain views out of the large picture window, the second bedroom comes with queen bed, large closet and dresser for additional storage.



The tasteful touches and modern décor continue in the master bedroom, offering a king bed with fabric headboard, large window and walk-in closet. Its master en-suite bath offers double vanities, walk-in tiled shower and deep soaking tub to end your day on a relaxing note.



Back in the main living area, get ready to flex those cooking muscles in the handsome kitchen complete with granite counters, plenty of cabinet and prep space and full-size appliances including a gas oven/stove, dishwasher and fridge. Brew yourself a cup of coffee on the Keurig and enjoy the morning paper at the kitchen bar with 2 barstools.



Come meal time, gather around the 4-person glass top dining table just off the kitchen. Glass patio doors lead to the private balcony with bistro table.



Back inside, the cozy living space seats 7 and invites you to sink down into the leather sectional and turn on your favorite movie or show on the 55” 4K flat-screen TV with Direct TV. On cool nights, the gas fireplace creates a warm ambiance.

Don’t miss some of the best skiing in the area at Deer Valley Ski Resort (15 minutes) offering runs for all skill levels, from beginners to experts. Park City Mountain (12 minutes) is another great choice for tearing up the slopes.



Eclectic Park City and all of its delicious restaurants and unique boutiques is only 13 minutes away. From fine dining choices like Riverhorse on Main (13 minutes) to affordable choices like Davanza’s (13 minutes), you’re sure to find something to fit every taste and budget come meal time.



Feel like a champion for the day at the Utah Olympic Park (15 minutes). See where world-class athletes competed and you can even try some of the sports yourself!



For even more thrills, head over to the Park City Alpine Slide (13 minutes) and up your adrenaline as you twist and slide down the mountain.

Perfect ski holiday lodging

Only a few minutes’ drive more than actually being in Deer Valley or Park City. Very comfortable, sunny, spacious (yet cozy), and great views. One (insignificant) detail - a couple missing supplies eg dishwasher detergent, keurig pods.

Condo exceeded our expectations in every way. Furnishings were beautiful and comfy. We were a little concerned with the location (being just outside of PC); however, the commute couldn't have been any easier and was 10 minutes or less to both Main Street and Kimball Junction.

Amazing Snowy Vacation

The unit was very welcoming and clean upon arrival. The only glitch we had the entire time was not being able to get into the unit the first day here. It was resolved quickly and the Vacasa staff was prompt to help and customer service was exceptional. We have enjoyed our time here very much and will definitely be back!!!

Park City done Fantastic

We have visited Park City every spring for end of season skiing the last five years. The mountains are spectacular, the shopping and restaurants offer something for everyone and the options on where to stay are plentiful. This property is excellent. A couple of miles out of downtown to get away from the noise but close enough to grab the morning coffee at our favorite spot. The home was spotless and comfortable. The value outstanding We will be back.

Very clean and great condition property

We had a great stay overall—the space and the amenities were clean and everything was in great condition. The only negative was the size of the bed in the second bedroom. It really doesn’t sleep two people. It would be better if it had either two twin beds, bunk beds, or a trundle bed to accommodate two people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This almost new apartment was perfect. Wood floors,granite counters, electric blinds and even Pottery Barn bedding! Super convenient location for Deer Valley skiing, Jordanelle Gondola is so easy to get to and helps avoid the Park City traffic. Only down side is no covered parking, but it only takes a moment to scrape snow and defrost the car. Wonderful vacation!

Great Retreat

This unit is brand new with great Kitchen appliances, great decor including big screen TV, gas fireplace and lots of window. Everything was comfortable, clean, crisp and working! The Samsung tablet came in real handy to find grocery store, ski rental etc. The location is about 5-10 minutes away from the base of Park City or the Canyons with picture perfect views of the mountains and stars. Our reservations were handled quickly and efficiently. Since the unit is new it is lacking some cooking gadgets, but with time I am sure every need will be met. A regular coffee pot would have been nice. We were surprised with a late check out too!

Nice property with a few drawbacks

The property is nice overall, with high-end appliances and in general very clean. However, the cleaning team seemed to be in a rush. We found a dirty towel in the laundry basket, a sock in the washer, and a used coffee cap in the coffee machine. The parking is across from the street, which is not ideal. What’s more problematic is that the owner doesn’t give a key to a side door (can be opened from inside the building but not from outside) that is much closer to the parking from the apartment. We are forced to enter the building through the further main entrance which can be opened by a passcode.

Beautiful Condo 7 mins from Park City

This is a brand new condo (as of 3/3/2017), with upscale furnishings and high end appliances. The location is very nice, only a 7 minute drive to downtown Park City or PCMR.....depending on traffic. Unless you are wanting a ski-in / ski-out property or you plan to use the PC Bus system, this is a great choice. Driving from any other "closer" rental is only going to save you a few minutes. The unit was very clean and well equipped with appliances (including a Keurig machine). The Kitchenaid dish washer was quieter than mine at home. Large washer and dryer, with detergent provided. I really liked that this unit was on the top floor.....no noise from above. The Turnkey management company was easy to work with, and sent me unsolicited emails for an early check-in and a late check-out based on the unit's rental schedule.

Great little condo for 4. Clean, new furnishings, nicely supplied. We probably would not stay here again because of no access to a garage. I assumed we would have garage because I know area and I knew complex and knew they had garages. Most rental units come with garage. So parking outside and having to walk across street to get into building and go up elevator to unit wasn’t ideal for us. But unit itself was great! No complaints. My only suggestions to owners is to maybe put less heavy duvet or blanket on master. It was so nice and puffy, but master kind of stays warm so it would have been nice to have a lighter blanket. Just a suggestion, definitely still great!

The unit was new, nicely stocked and in great shape. If it had access to garage we would possibly stay here again, but because of that we would not. It is a condo, so you have to go inside building and go up elevator and walk down hall to get to it. It was not that big of deal, but in winter with ski's and boots etc, it wasn't ideal They did have a storage closet for skis so that was not a problem. If the garage is not an issues, it is definitely a great unit. I would say, it would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies in unit to clean toilet or counters while I was there.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Spacious with vaulted ceilings; quality and tasteful decor; high-end appliances, great layout; everything you’ll need in the kitchen, including basics like dish soap, zip locks, detergent, (I think accept baking pan), great attention to detail here.; loved the blankets to snuggle on the couch, the books, and other home touches; cozy bedding; great view and balcony with grill (nice in summer); hooks and closet for entry. Location to Deer Valley and Park City is convenient and easy. Cons: disappointed in cleaning— attention to details especially. Seemed like it was quickly cleaned and residue from soap scum and crumbs/food on kitchen floor, sink, some dishes. Garage is NOT included, so during snowy months, this may be a big negative. But, storage closet inside is available. If you want the action of Park City, then I suggest a location closer. Honestly, I was really disappointed in the cleanliness. But, if this improved, it’s really a great property for small family or a romantic getaway. We relaxed and cooked each evening and felt relaxed and rejuvenated. It was perfect for us.
