The Space:

This newly renovated condo in Bear Hollow Village offers inviting living spaces and bedrooms full of ski-chalet style. You’ll love being so close to world-class skiing and snowboarding at Park City Mountain's Cabriolet Ski Lift Base, as well as the incredible restaurants, local art galleries, and lively nightlife of historic Main Street. A short drive takes you to Utah Olympic Park, while a longer one takes you to downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport. Additionally, you’ll have access to the community’s exclusive amenities, including a pool and hot tub.



After a fun day out and about, continue your mountain vacation by walking into a home boasting an open-concept design that brings living and dining together for a memorable group getaway. Take a seat in the living room in front of the stone fireplace, where you’ll find plush armchairs, a sofa, and a smart TV. The wide sliding glass doors lead to the balcony – a perfect setting for your morning cup of coffee. Each smart TV here is equipped with DirecTV, a DVD player, and Chromecast with access to YouTube, Netflix, music, and more for everyone to enjoy. For something more active, turn on the provided Nintendo Switch with eight Joy-Con controllers and play some of the games which include Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Party, and Mario Kart. Start dinner in a stunning kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances, ample cabinet space, and a marble island with seating for guests. The wooden table provides additional seating so no one is left out. When it's time to wind down for the evening, take refuge in one of the comfortable bedrooms. The primary even has direct access to the balcony, making it the perfect place to both begin and end your days here.

Great vacation!

Great Trip!

BHV was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Park City. Everything in the condo was set up very nicely, the community members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for getting to and from the mountain. We will definitely look to return here next time we're back in town!

Great place for up to six adults or family with a few kids. Easy drive or bus to Canyons or Park City. Well-equipped kitchen and grocery stores just down the road at Kimball Junction.

Awesome spot!

We stayed here over last New Year's Eve and it was beautiful! Very convenient location to everything Park City has to offer, and the place itself is perfect. Cozy and warm (loved the fireplace!), lovely furnishings and details, clean and bright, and spacious enough to accommodate even a large family. Hope to come back and stay again sometime soon!

Comfy and conveniently

The condo was clean, comfortable, roomy and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. There was some confusion about whether we were to have access to a hot tub or not. I would stay here again!

Excellent condo close to bus stop with easy access to resorts.

I had the chance to stay at this lovely condo with my wife and two other couples last Christmas. Excellent condo and close proximity to shuttles / buses to the well traveled areas of Park City. Condo had everything you'd need for a weekend! Clean, well kept, and great decor! I highly recommend!

Ski trip with my sons

I host an annual 3 day weekend with my sons from around the country - the accommodations were as presented. For the price paid, it was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The heated garage below is always a nice feature in the cold mornings!

Cozy & Convenient

We are locals who were looking for a weekend getaway in Park City. This condo is located in a very convenient location, close to restaurants, shopping & bars. The condo was clean & had everything we needed for the weekend, with the bonus of a jetted tub in the master bath. We also loved that there was a spot for us to park in the garage. We would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend to family and friends.

Awesome weekend

We came to the condo on a couple's weekend last Valentine's Day. The skiing was epic, the town had great restaurants, and the condo provided exactly what we were looking for. The open area allowed for no group to be excluded from the fun when prepping meals, yet close enough to town for our nights out. Also, the hot tub was big enough for the whole group, and was the perfect way to relax after a hard day on the hill!! When I come back to Park City, I'm definitely going to stay here again.

Great condo with easy access to all the resorts

I'm giving this condo 5 stars because it was well kept/clean and spacious, plenty of room for our group to come back to after some hard skiing. The place is just minutes to Park City/Canyons (all one now) and is located right near a bus stop, so you don't need to drive if you don't want to. Hot tub is a nice perk as well. :)

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Our family visited Park City in the spring and it was absolutely beautiful! Perfect weather and perfect condo!! It was clean and neat with lovely decor, a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Plenty of space (we had six adults in our group). We loved biking, hiking, shopping and dining in the Park City area. And the fitness center is so convenient and well equipped. We definitely are returning...this time for some snow and skiing! So glad we are able to get this same condo for our family Christmas vacation.

Great location and value.

Beautiful neighborhood, quality furniture, great amenities, well stocked, and all appliances were so clean they appeared new. The free bus is just a five minute walk away. We drove 10 minutes to the ski resort and parked for free at the carpool lot which was also extremely convenient. The kitchen had everything that you’d need! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Perfect getaway!

I've made the trip to Park City twice now, staying here both times. Condo was perfect for our group. It was easy to catch a shuttle and head to Canyons/Park City or to the downtown area for food/drinks. Kitchen worked excellent for cooking group meals. My saviors were the hot tub (used it every night) and my comfy bed to help my legs recover after all the powder skiing (and wipeouts)! Can't wait to make a third trip!

Nice comfortable place

Liked the place very much , good value . The unit is close to the club house pool & Hot tub which was good because the the building hot tub was not working the entire length of our stay. Short walk to the bus stop. Guest bathroom had a very slow tub shower drain . Should be looked at to resolve clog

Condo is fully equipped - but on the outskirts of Park City

Very comfortable - fully equipped - but very very remotely located to the main Park City area. Shuttles required a long walk down a steep hill, not convenient when carrying skis and wearing ski boots. Must have car ! Carpets need cleaning - a bit musty - but overall very nice.

While it may be ideal to have a car, we would like to point out that it is not required as there is a stop for a free bus located just under a half mile away, which offers service to and from the mountain.
