The Space:

A quiet location at the north end of the resort offers a relaxing setting for friends and family to enjoy serene Sunriver living. Close to the river and the Benham Falls Trailhead, this peaceful retreat includes private highlights like a hot tub, deck, and a foosball table to offer equal parts in-home entertainment and a convenient location close to all the wonderful Sunriver amenities. The Woodlands Golf Course is less than a mile from the home's front door and the SHARC facilities are just a short drive or bike ride away. Daily admission can be purchased directly at the center.



The inviting interior showcases strong natural lighting and recent updates including new furnishings and appliances. A fireplace and smart TV make the perfect centerpiece for family gatherings in the living room. The stainless steel full kitchen is more than equipped to handle home cooking. A private gas grill and outdoor dining table let you make the most of summer days with barbecues out on the deck. The garage has been converted into a game room with features including a foosball table and Ping-Pong. There's also cornhole for added outdoor fun. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

We loved the layout of the house, all of the items that we could use for cooking, relaxation and play and the price per night. We hope to stay here again next year.

Excellent value for a well-equipped vacation home

We were looking for a comfortable vacation spot with a hot tub and enough rooms to spread out for 4. This house is so well equipped, very clean and would have loved to stay longer. We hope to rent this home again next year and stay longer due to the great layout and amenities.

Nice stay at 42 Kinglet in SR

Nice property. Safe and accessible to everything in SR. Overall, We enjoyed our stay. Rare to have central A/C in a SR vacation rental. Very nice amenity for sure. Kitchen was fully stocked. Extra blankets were useful. Couple suggestions going forward: 1. Deck needs at least one sun umbrella. Preferably two. At least for the dining table. 2. Hot tub was tempermental. Need to check 2x/daily to ensure proper temperature. May be on an eco or vacation cycle. Jets were also weak. Pump may need service or replacement. 3. Make sure the home is move-in ready. Outside furniture was dust and dirty. Dishwasher was full of clean dishes? And had to be re- washed and unloaded before our use.
