The Space:

Resting beside the ecologically significant Necanicum River lies your next vacation home! At your stay, you'll be conveniently placed by some incredible attractions, such as the Seaside Inverted Experience where you and your family can flip the script and take some curious photos 'upside down.' Tee off across acres of beautiful greenery with your friends at Gearhart Golf Links, then sail across the gorgeous landscape below on a High Life Adventures Zip Line Tour.



Return back to your sweet getaway to find a series of relaxing amenities for your convenience. Inside lies a welcoming interior with comfortable furnishings for you and your friends to unwind on after a fun-filled day out exploring the town.



Step into the full kitchen and cook up a homemade meal for everyone. Head out on the balcony and gaze out at serene views of the glistening water as you sit down and listen to the soothing ripples. Play a couple of games of cornhole on the side of the house, then as the evening comes to a close, warm up by the fireplace with your favorite blanket and a cup of hot cocoa.

This house was perfect for a family of five. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the back deck with fireplace and view.

We stayed here for the Miss Oregon pageant. The location was perfect! We were incredibly close to the convention center and all the fun things to do downtown. The house has lots of space for a big family and is nice and modern with a lovely view of the river behind! We had a great time!

The house was fine. Communication with the rental company was frustrating but we got through it. Instructions were last minute and caused extra stress. The kitchen staples were adequate but bring your own sugar. Convenient to the downtown.

Property was partially clean. Dirty dishes inside of cabinet. Dirt on kitchen floor. Mold inside of few plastic cups. Other than that nice property with spacious floor plan.
