Hi, I'm Seamus. I'm originally from the Boston area and now call Seaside, Oregon home. I've always loved travel, history, and discovering unique places, which is one of the reasons I enjoy hosting guests from around the world.

I fell in love with the Oregon Coast because of its rugged beauty, small-town charm, and endless opportunities for adventure. Whether it's walking the beach at sunset, exploring coastal trails, enjoying fresh seafood, or simply relaxing by a fire after a day of sightseeing, there's something special about this part of Oregon that keeps bringing people back.

As a host, my goal is simple: provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home where guests can relax and create lasting memories with family and friends. Through my company, GaeaTeam, my local team and I work hard to ensure every stay is enjoyable, and we're always available if guests need assistance during their visit.

Nestled in the quieter north end of Seaside, Gaea House offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful neighborhood setting and easy access to everything that makes Seaside special. One of my favorite things about the area is that you can leave your car parked and simply walk almost everywhere.

A short stroll takes you to the beach and the famous Promenade, where you'll find families flying kites, surfers heading into the waves, and breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. Morning walks along the shoreline are especially memorable, with the sound of crashing waves and the fresh ocean air creating a relaxing start to the day.

The neighborhood is quieter than the busy downtown core, making it ideal for families and guests looking to unwind, yet you're still within walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops, the Convention Center, boutique stores, and Seaside's many attractions.

What I enjoy most is the pace of life here. Whether you're gathering around a beach bonfire, watching the sunset from the Promenade, exploring nearby coastal trails, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck, Seaside has a way of helping people slow down and reconnect with what matters most. The combination of natural beauty, small-town friendliness, and easy beach access makes this one of my favorite places on the Oregon Coast.

The home is designed to be comfortable for families, couples, and small groups, with two king bedrooms, an open loft, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Guests particularly enjoy the fenced backyard, BBQ grill, and traditional fire pit, which create great opportunities to relax together after a day at the beach.

We professionally manage and maintain the property year-round (ours and others) ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and ready for your arrival.
