The Space:

Summer beach-goer or avid whale-watcher, you'll be in awe of the panoramic view at this oceanfront condo in Nye Beach. With a beach access path right downstairs, this is a place for long morning walks in the sand, days spent surfing and boogie boarding, and unforgettable nightly sunsets.



This condo enjoys a prime beachfront location in the historic Nye Beach neighborhood of Newport. It's a fantastic spot for exploring on foot, with a number of restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks. You'll also be close to the Newport Historic Bayfront (one mile), Agate Beach State Recreation Site (one mile), the renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium (two miles), and the whale-watching epicenter of Depoe Bay (13 miles).



The view is the star attraction here, whether you're sipping your coffee on the covered balcony or watching the waves roll in through the living room's picture window. Summer or winter, the condo is bright and comfortable. Prepare meals with ease in the open kitchen, sit down for dinner and card games at the dining table, and stream movies by the gas fireplace afterwards - all with a view of the ocean.



In the evenings, there's another TV in the bedroom, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits, and complimentary WiFi to help you plan tomorrow's adventures. There are even two full bathrooms - one for the bedroom and one for your guests on the living room sofabed.

Wonderful ocean view and access to beach Nye Beach did not disappoint. Close to shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was great to wake up and hear the ocean.

View is incredible! Bed room windows let in lots of light (which are on all night). You need to be fully mobile for this third floor dwelling place as the only access is the stairs.Hot tub was hot. Showers will hit you in the chest if you are 5 foot 10 inches, commodes are low. And all works great! Coffee maker was fabulous--bring your own coffee, cream and sweetener--there are filters a plenty.

Great beach getaway

Fantastic place to stay! Had our grandkids that loved the beach access. Swimming pool was a bonus. Well kept and convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location, tired accommodation

The location, top floor and right on the beach, is awesome. Just up the hill from the Nye Beach shops and restaurants. The unit need a complete refresh though--the furnishings are worn out, some broken and tattered.

First off, let me just say we liked this condo very much and would likely stay again because of its location and price. But there are a couple things I wished we’d known that’s not in the listing. I did find someone else’s review that mentioned the same things but it was buried in the reviews because it was awhile ago. So, things to know:1. Communication with the “host” is with Vacasa. We requested early arrival by two hours 2 days before our arrival. Didn’t hear back so I reached out again the day we were scheduled to arrive. Didn’t hear back. Arrived an hour before stated check in time and got in. Yesterday, our last full day in the condo, I received a text saying we were not allowed to enter early. Whatever but very annoying. 2. This unit is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.3. Both toilets are little kid size. I’m not exaggerating. I’m only 5’6 and my knees were above my waist when I sat down.4. The instructions they provided for locking the door from the outside were completely wrong. You just push the top button. It’s that easy. Also, once inside we couldn’t lock the dead bolt. (We reported this to the property manager.)Like I said, none of these were deal killers for us. Just things to know especially the stairs! We had a great time and thought the overall value out weighed a few annoyances.

Great location and views

Furniture uncomfortable. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable for our 14 year old because you can feel the bars. Great location and views for the price. Smoke detector is sensitive and would go off frequently while cooking. Overall it was a good experience.

Wonderful stay with famuly

Comfortable and affordable stay in this beach condo. Direct view of the Pacific ocean and Yaquina lighthouse to the north. It was a 3rd floor unit with a deck right on the beach. Close to fun pubs and bars and shopping. Great restaurants in Newport and short drive to unique wineries to the north. The views are stunning and a great getaway and reset. Eugene is the closest airport and small and easy. I was there with 3 of my grown grandchildren and we had the best time. I will stay again. Weather was sunny and a little cool but walks on the beach and outdoor dining at a wonderful fresh seafood restaurant down at the pier, Real Ocean, were wonderful!!!

Perfect place and location

I saw and heard the ocean 24/7…it was wonderful and had the most beautiful sunsets. It was clean, two full baths, nice open floor plan, balcony, stocked kitchen, and an assigned parking space was exactly what I needed. I highly recommended this rental. Communication was quick and attentive.
