Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for your stay if travel protection was not purchased prior to your scheduled arrival. The in-door ice makers such as the one in this home make a small amount of ice as they only have a small amount of fresh water to work off of. Our appliance technician is discussing a new microwave with the homeowners whoc are always interested in enhancing their guest's experiences.
