One of Edisto’s Best! Ocean State of Mind is a spacious and light townhome nestled within Ocean Ridge. Situated alongside a lagoon, among mature foliage. Just a short walk to the community pool and other amenities. The beach is just a quick walk away, less than 1/2 mile.

This home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an abundance of options for enjoying the serenity of the outdoors within this peaceful setting, whether on the back deck or from the balcony off the master bedroom. Sit back, and enjoy the sound of the fountain right outside your backdoor.

Ocean Ridge Amenities can be purchased for a fee, based on availability, through Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge. Amenities include 3 swimming pools, fitness room, mini-golf, playground, tennis courts, and beach cabana (located in the 2000 block of Palmetto Blvd).

Ocean State of Mind is clean and welcoming. All rentals through Edisto’s Best are cleaned and inspected before each new guest. All rentals through Edisto’s Best include linen and departure cleaning. Ocean State of Mind allows 1 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dog with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence.

Great stay

Ran into a little hiccup early into our stay, but the property management team did a phenomenal job making sure our stay was a wonderful experience. Very happy with choosing this as a vacation destination.

Fantastic stay!

The property is just like it looks in the photographs. The neighborhood is perfect for families. We had one issue and it was addressed within an hour - just a misplaced pool fob! It’s a great place to stay! Highly recommend.

Another gem on Edisto Island

My family and I spent 4 nights at the Ocean State of Mind condo in Ocean Ridge resort. The condo was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. All communications with Host and rental agency were swift and friendly. We had a great time!

It was a mixed bag.

The property was fine except the two chairs in the living room. One was stinky and the other one had cane pulled loose. We notified the agent but chose to live with the condition we found. I would stay there again if the chair situation was remedied.
