Recently renovated from top-to-bottom, this exquisite, two-story townhouse boasts all-new flooring, lighting, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and furniture to ensure the ultimate comfort for your next getaway to Hilton Head Island! Inside, you'll find a fantastic galley kitchen with counter seating and stainless steel appliances, a dining table for four set beneath a stylish chandelier, and a sunlit and inviting living area with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and sliding door access to the outdoors. When the weather is nice, head out to the furnished, screened-in porch, or soak up some South Carolina sunshine on your furnished, open-air patio where you can also fire up the gas grill for perfect summertime cookouts. You'll also find front and rear-facing balconies on the upper-level - ideal for relaxing with your morning coffee or sneaking off to with a good book while you enjoy the sweet scent of magnolia blossoms in spring. This home also offers high-speed internet access and a built-in desk in the kitchen for remote work or schooling.

A great place for a family vacation!

This house is convenient to the beach, tennis and the pool. It is a comfortable home and well maintained. They even welcome your pet friend! We have been multiple times and the whole family loves it.

Fun Family Vacay!

Our family loved staying at this spacious Villa in Tennis Master! The property was clean and well-maintained with plenty of space for our family of 7 and the family dog. Our favorite spot to hang out while inside was the shaded, screened-in porch where we could enjoy the breeze and relax. The location was very convenient with a 5-minute bike ride to the beach, and the pool just steps away. Would highly recommend this pet-friendly rental!

Fun Family Vacay at Tennis Master 1102

Our family loved staying at this spacious Villa in Tennis Master! The property was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for our family of 7 and the family dog. Our favorite spot to hangout while inside was the shaded screened in porch where we could enjoy the breeze and relax. This is a lovely unit. It appears the downstairs has been recently upgraded with new cabinetry, appliances, and flooring. The kitchen as well start with good quality pots and pans. There is ample storage for your grocery items for the week as well. There is a super nice screened in porch off the back that we used every day during our September‘s stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was a convenient location in Shipyard. We enjoyed being in Shipyard because it was a close drive to Shelter Cove, Coligny, etc. Check in was easy and we were always able to find a parking spot right in front of the unit. The unit was clean and well-stocked with a nicely renovated kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms were a little more outdated, but still a nice size/ space. We enjoyed quick and easy access to the Sonest Hotel where we had some family staying. We had a little trouble finding the beach access the first day. It was a 15 minute walk with our wagon and beach gear... which maybe would have been quicker without our small children walking. I would recommend this condo! We had a great week!

Great location

Everything was great except the pet rule of no pets on furniture & beds. That was NOT in the description before booking. Had to go buy a carrier to put my dog in. My dog is not use to carriers. He was not happy and neither was I. Will not be booking this unit again.

Wonderful and Roomy!

This was our second time in this unit. Wow, the kitchen remodel is fantastic!!! The new sofa is very comfortable and the two side chairs have cushions not showing in the listing. Our family loves hanging out on the private screened-in porch. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool at Tennismaster is terrific! Can't say enough positive about this place, HHI, and our rental experience through Vacasa.

First time staying in Shipyard

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The layout of the unit worked well for our family. Also, Shipyard is very conveniently located. The unit is attractively decorated and comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are thin and the neighbors were quite loud. The unit is adequately stocked for basic cooking, although it could really use a large pot for boiling shrimp!

Perfect for a large family!

This was a great stay for a family of 7. The place was beautifully decorated and looked even nicer than the pictures. The location was convenient, we rented bikes and rode to Coligny beach several times. We enjoyed splitting time between the beach and the pool. We had a minor issue with our smoke alarm but it was dealt with promptly. This is definitely a place we would return too!
